This spacious villa in Blankenburg in the Harz Mountains is situated on a park-like property (approx. 4,000 square meters) bordering the Teufelsmauer and serves as the ideal starting point for exciting activities—whether hiking, mountain biking, a trip to Europe’s longest pedestrian bridge, or exploring the most beautiful nearby destinations, such as the World Heritage city of Quedlinburg.
The location is perfect for families, groups of up to 18 people, or for those who appreciate plenty of space.
The villa features 5 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; three single bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom; as well as one single room and the tower room, which has a sink but no bathroom. On the mezzanine level, there is an open-concept living area with a large sunroom, which features a large dining table and plenty of natural light. The heart of the house is the living hall with a wraparound gallery and a wrought-iron glass dome. The basement houses a well-equipped commercial kitchen with a dumbwaiter leading to the mezzanine.
The living areas are generously furnished with antique furniture from the Wilhelminian era. A highlight of the large living room is the richly decorated Meissen tiled stove dating from the time of the villa’s construction.
