The Kirchberg neighborhood offers the perfect base for guests seeking peace and quiet who still appreciate a central location. Shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and, of course, public transportation and the beach are all just a few minutes away from here.

Vacation Apartment 01 on the first floor offers a high level of comfort and space for four people across 65 square meters. The living area is bright and tastefully furnished, featuring cable TV, a dining table for shared meals, and a cozy, spacious sofa area. The kitchen is cleverly separated from the rest of the space and includes a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Other everyday essentials are provided, allowing you to prepare your own meals and enjoy breakfast or dinner in the comfort of the apartment or on the terrace. Round out your day with a glass of wine or a good book, or take advantage of the sunny hours to relax on the southwest-facing terrace.
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds (sleeping area 1.60 m x 2.0 m and 1.40 m x 2.00 m) promise a restful night’s sleep. An additional TV is a special highlight. The windows can be darkened and are also equipped with fly screens. The entire apartment is equipped with in-floor heating.
A beautiful, comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a small guest restroom, round out the amenities.

A private parking space is, of course, included. A travel crib and a high chair are available for our little guests. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in the bike storage room next to the parking lot. You can use the apartment’s Wi-Fi free of charge.
