The tastefully furnished apartment features a comfortable bedroom with two single beds (80/90 x 200 cm), plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe, and a bright, inviting living room with a sofa area (sofa bed approx. 170x200 cm) and a large flat-screen TV, radio/CD player—the perfect spot to relax and reflect on your day. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires: a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, and much more. The dining table is perfect for enjoying convivial meals together after an eventful day.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a gate system across from the buildings provides one free, non-assigned parking space for each residential unit.
