Apartment 1 - House-Ventus

APARTMENT 1

There are two apartments on the first floor. Apartment 1 is approximately 38 m² in size. It consists of a living-dining room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. This apartment features a large terrace balcony facing the sunny southwest. The apartment is comfortably furnished: a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, stovetop, and microwave; a bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror; a sleeper sofa in the living room, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet access, and a radio with CD player; balcony furniture. A crib and high chair are available upon request. The apartment is ideal for two people or for two adults with one child.

The North Sea at its best!
... in one of the vacation apartments in this house located in St. Peter-Bad. Here you’ll enjoy a prime location and can quickly reach the sandy beach, the Dünen-Therme, the spa promenade, and the center of St. Peter-Bad. The house is located at Alter Badweg No. 2, on the border between St. Peter-Bad and St. Peter-Dorf. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the center of St. Peter-Bad. If you want to visit St. Peter-Dorf with its cozy restaurants and cafés, it’s about a 20-minute walk. And in just a few minutes, you’ll reach the adventure promenade, which offers plenty of play areas for children, or you can stand on the dike and look out at the sea and the kilometer-long sandy beach. It takes about 20–30 minutes to walk to the beach.
A private parking lot (including one spot with an electric charging station) and a bike rack are available for our guests. In case of rain, bicycles can be stored in a bike storage room.



On-site fees: A laundry set (bed linens and 3 towels) can be added to your reservation upon request for a fee. We can provide a crib and a high chair upon request. The electric vehicle charging station is available to you via the ad hoc charging function: 1. Plug the charging cable into the car and the charging station, 2. Scan the QR code and follow the instructions, 3. Enter payment details (credit card / G Pay / Apple Pay), 4. Start charging, 5. Remove the plug



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
