First off, the house is new—it’s a newly built property—so I don’t have any reviews yet. Now about the house: From Finicounta, it takes less than 15 minutes by car to reach the house. A short way off the main road, after passing three neighbors, you’ll pull into the parking lot in front of the pool. The house is situated on a hillside and stands alone. The 12,400 square meters of olive grove are part of the property and are perfect for the occasional stroll. You’ll find the front door past a natural stone wall. Standing by the pool on the terrace, you can see the sea and the mountains to the left. Thanks to the large windows, the house is especially suited for a relaxing stay in the winter. The spacious living room is perfect for watching TV together, game nights, and enjoying refreshing drinks in the summer—or by the fireplace in the winter. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with beds, closets, linens, towels, and hair dryers. All rooms are air-conditioned. The pool is open year-round but is not heated. The kitchen is equipped with everything a home cook needs. Spices and other standard items are generally available unless guests have used them up or they haven’t been restocked. A toaster, coffee maker, mixers, slicers, ladles, and so on are provided. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. A grill with four large souvlaki skewers is available in the outdoor kitchen area. We wish you a relaxing stay.
