Amazing Stay!

Vacation paradise was perfect for our family! We were celebrating with additional family at South Point. Very close and easy to access everything we needed. There was a small glitch when we arrived, property manager was very helpful and quickly responded! Great place!!!

Excellent stay!

We highly recommend this place. Very comfortable. The hottub was the the highlight of our stay. We will definitely book here again.

Great little stay at a fantastic location

Very clean, very nice, and a nice private little backyard with a small pool and hot tub. Though the pool skimmer had holes in it.

House pictured is not the actual house. However, the home was big and beautiful. Everything was dirty. Could not cook or prepare anything. All cookware and Dining ware was dirty. Coffee pot was moldy. Bugs in the stove broiler and cabinets. Host was very adamant about the barbecue cleanliness. Yet it was disgustingly kept. Host threatened additional charges for touching the thermostat, yet it changed itself throughout the night and days. Unbearable hot at night and frigid days. TV’s had to be reconnected because wiring was disconnected. None would work in the bedrooms. My family made the most of it. Even though the price of the stay reflected a luxury stay.

Just kinda trashy. Lots of broken things, insufficient bedding, everything old and a little dirty.

Vegas Vacation

As I always read the reviews it is important to share the experience. We had a great stay off the strip. It was nice to visit Hoover Dam, enjoy great food and casino's then get to a location away from the hustle. The house had a wonderful pool and hot tub along with the washer and dryer (so we could pack light)! Recommended stay!

Annual Family Concerts

If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood for your family to stay while in Las Vegas this is the place. It was clean. We enjoyed the pool. Every year my son and his family meet in Las Vegas to enjoy some concerts in town. This place is about a 10 minute drive to the strip. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had a great New Year at this property only thing we had a problem with was the heater it was set to high and we were unable to control we requested late check out so we could clean Host accommodated Great Time

have to look everywhere for towels, no kitchen hand towels, couldn't use the pool or hot tub, call for help answer but hang up, tv didn't work until the owner was call, no basic toiletries provided. I have never stay in a place like this, nice property, but little improvement desperate needed as far as making the customer's stay more pleasant and convenience.

Beautiful Home

Blessed to have found this gem. Not only was booking extremely easy but also the house and pool were well kept. We stayed for originally 3 nights but needed the extra night last minute. We contacyed the owner and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. I gave 4 stars for description because the house from the outside is different from the one we rented. Although, it was still a beautiful well kept home.I will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you so much for letting us staying in this lovely home..

Vacation/ Sporting event

Check in was good, owner called to check in us same day. I was told it was 10 minutes away from convention center was like 20, also was told there were Tvs in all rooms and only master and living room. Overall we loved the home, no problems, The only thing i would recommend is to have accommodation for kids, no Tv in the rooms and no roku or entertainment orher than the pool. This is hard for a 15 and 22 year old.

Cute little house

The house and pool are smaller than the photos seem. The hot tub wasnt hot it runs into the pool, so i am not sure how it is supposed to be a hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is nice, the rooms are nice sizes. The outlets are a pain because the cord doesnt atay in them. If you have an issue with stairs id book somewhere else. There are i believe 16 steps in one go to get to the top floor. Communication was easy and they were helpful with oir needs.

Residence was comfortable; however, the 2nd bathroom shower leaked and caused mess on the floor. The heating system for pool with assistance did not pan out well😌. Overall our stay was very nice. We would revisit this property, although the photo listed is not the property we enjoyed.

Unfortunately the pool never heated up and both pool and hot tub was very dirty.

It was nice to be off the strip. It was clean enough could use some updates. Street side is very loud, double pane windows would be very helpful. We picked this house for the pool and hot tub. Was unable to use either. Both were full of leaves and dirt and never heated up. It's a good place to stay if your not planning on hanging at the house.

Unsafety, No response, Terrible!

The place look good but when you are in the place is unsafe in summer 115 deegrees ( A/C doesnt work ) we had to sleep in the car, we tryed to contact the host and he resonsed 4 hours later . After contacted him never fix the A/C and we had to left the house to be safe with my kids . the Host Charged us the stay its not fair. The most terrible vacations with my family . Never comeback to that house.
