Epic stay in a fabulous mid- mountain condo

View was stunning. Home was clean and spacious. Bunks in each of the alternate bedrooms was nice. Well stocked with plates and utensils.

Perfect stay in Deer Valley

I cannot say enough great things about this condo. The ski on ski off was perfect and so convenient. The floor plan of the condo is excellent, so much space for our family. We loved using the hot tub every evening…truly I can’t think of anything that could make it any better!

The best ever snow in the best ever spot!

Five moms enjoyed a four-night kidless ski escape to DV, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Even with towering walls of snow and chest-high drifts, we were able to make the most of powder days with easy ski-on and -off every day. Plenty of room and every amenity we needed in this unit, and the ability to keep the snow off our car with garage parking was a plus. Hot tub at the end of the day was icing on the cake. Can’t wait to stay again!

Overall nice property. Appropriately characterized as ski to and ski from. I would suggest to owner to add a Murphy bed in the loft or some type of bed so that in affect there are four separate places to sleep.

Excellent Family Vacation Home

We loved our time in Deer Valley! The home was exactly as represented. Ski in/out was doable, even for our one beginner. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spa was great. All communication with Kirsten was quick and she was so helpful. We highly recommend this home and will be coming back ourselves!

Great Ski Out and In Location

Our family had a wonderful time staying at RidgePoint 113. The location is ideal for a family of avid skiers who also want to quickly and easily get into Park City for evening experiences. The house was clean and the two sets of bunk beds made it nice for the kids to spread out. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely stay

This unit was as described. The unit was fully stocked for cooking and was very comfortably furnished. Ski out was super easy, ski in a little tricky the first time but then straightforward (perhaps a map in the unit would help, given so much snow this year you can’t see where going!). Owner was very responsive with communication. We had a great time thank you.

Perfect condo in perfect location

We’ve skied in Deer Valley for many years and this was our first time staying up near Silver Lake. The location was ideal and the ski in/ski out was was so much fun. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Each kid had their own bedroom, although they enjoyed sleeping together with the bunk beds. The beds were comfy, the condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed it apres-ski every day. The property is well maintained and even with several feet of new snow while we were there, the sidewalks/pathways and stairs were all cleared every morning. The owners were very responsive to the few minor questions we had before and during our stay. My kids are already asking when we can go back and stay there again :)

Easy Walk to Silver Lake

Our family had some less experienced skiers so we did not use the ski-in ski-out connection but the walk to Silver Lake was an easy 12 min and if we timed it right we could even take the bus and arrive in 2min. House was exactly as expected and quite comfortable for the 6 of us. Could have used a couple more big pots in kitchen for making meals but overall well stocked. Private hot tub was very clean and easy to use. Beds were very comfortable. House is well built; good heat insulation and sound didn’t travel between floors or rooms. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Cozy accommodations, great location

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. We loved the location. Ski out in the morning was super easy. Skiing back in requires removing your skies and walking about 100 yards, then putting skies back on for the last bit. It was really no big deal. Things we loved about the property: -Location! It was pretty easy to ski in and out, so we could have our lunches in the condo. We did not need to rent a car because it was easy enough to walk down to Silver Lake Village and catch the free bus if we needed to get to Park City. -The gas option with the wood fireplace! We love a wood fire, and with the option to turn on the gas, it was super easy to keep the fire going. -beds were super comfortable! -nice smart tvs in living room and bedrooms -Having a grill on the deck -the hot tub -the mud room! It was well equipped with plenty of room for storing our gear. Loved the benches which made putting boots on and taking them off at the end of the day easy -the owners were awesome and responded promptly to any questions we had Suggested improvements: -We had trouble with the internet one day and with one of the smart tv's connecting with the internet. We called and spoke with the manager about the problem, and he never got back to us. The owners reached out immediately to help with the problem once we contacted them. -the master bedroom and bathroom doors were a bit tricky to maneuver around. -the kitchen cabinets with the pots and pans, etc., though well stocked, were very disorganized. I was tempted to take everything out and reorganize, but didn't end up doing that. :) -Everyone will have a different opinion about this, but I would have preferred to have a completely empty refrigerator and freezer when we arrived. There were many condiments in the fridge, and a partially eaten tub of ice cream in the freezer. We just moved everything that was not ours to one area and used our own things. But in the middle of Covid, it did make me feel a bit uneasy. -We were not fans of the long shag carpet in the bedrooms and living room. Bare floors just feel cleaner -there was an odd smell for the first couple of days, I think it was from sweaty gear from guests before us? Not sure if we just got used to it, or if it eventually dissapated.

Perfect for family of 5

Our family stayed here over President’s weekend and had a fantastic experience (weather & accommodations!). The property was exactly as described and we were pleasantly surprised that the condo even had some basic staples we didn’t need to purchase (olive oil, coffee filters, etc.). We love being in the silver lake area which allows you to avoid the busy snowpark morning/afternoon rush. We chose to check our skis each day (why not, it’s so easy!) and take the moderate walk to/from the condo as opposed to trying the ski out option mentioned in the listing. We would definitely recommend this condo if you have older kids (ours are 12-16).

Wonderful luxury stay for the skiier

Fantastic property for a family! Easy access to the trails of Deer Valley out the back of the units. Interior ski rack. Fully equipped kitchen and loved the gas starter on the wood burning fireplace for easy cozy nights after a long day. Quick walk to the Silverlake area restaurants. The view out the back of the Park City valley is stunning, and you can enjoy it from the personal hot tub too! Comfortable beds, clean everything, responsive service (we just had some basic questions that were quickly answered). Highly recommend this property for your family.

Deer Valley trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Very good communication. Deer Valley is, of course, spectacular. Great place for a family vacation. We recommend it very highly!

Loved this property!

Location: Close to Silver Lake Lodge to walk but far enough to get value for your money. Beds: super comfy way above my expectations. WiFi: fantastic. The space was very comfortable for one big family. Kitchen had everything we needed. And the place was super clean upon arrival. Plenty of warm water for multiple showers in a short time. Hosts were very responsive. Snow was cleared daily so it was easy to get around the neighborhood. Covered parking always had space. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Deer Valley Townhome

We loved our stay here! Our family of 5 loved having all the bedrooms on one level (downstairs), and every bed was extremely comfortable. (There was a loft on the third floor with a bunk bed which we did not use as we already had plenty of space for our kids with the double bunk bed rooms). The upstairs had a lot of space to hang out as a family and play games or to put the kids to bed and watch a movie without worrying about anyone waking up from the sound. Plenty of space for ski and jacket/boot storage downstairs. The jacuzzi was heated upon arrival and lots of parking close to the place.
