Disfrute de nuestra hermosa casa de 2400 pies cuadrados totalmente amueblada en la soleada Maricopa, a solo 35 millas del centro de Phoenix.

Antes de enviar una solicitud, sepa que le pedimos una explicación detallada de su visita a Maricopa en su comunicación inicial. Esto asegura que ambas partes estén contentas con la decisión de alquiler. Se requiere un aviso mínimo de 2 semanas antes del alquiler.

Esta casa cuenta con un espacioso concepto abierto de área familiar / cocina con fácil acceso a través de puertas francesas a un gran patio cubierto con parrilla y un patio privado. La sala de estar de concepto abierto tiene un amplio y cómodo sofá seccional, un televisor de alta definición de 50 pulgadas, además de cable y WIFI. La casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y medio, una sala y una habitación extra muy espaciosa en el piso superior con un televisor adicional de 47 pulgadas. La gran cocina está totalmente equipada con taburetes para desayunar, área para comer y amplio espacio de gabinetes para sus entretenidas necesidades. Cuenta con superficies y fregadero Corian, una gran despensa, tostadora, horno tostador, cafetera, además de todo lo necesario para hornear y cocinar. Dos habitaciones de arriba cuentan con camas queen-size. El tercero tiene 2 camas individuales. La habitación adicional hide-a-bed admite una cama queen-size, y el futón en el estudio permite un área adicional para dormir. También hay una cama queen inflable y un colchón individual que se puede configurar si se requiere más área para dormir. Todas las toallas de cocina y baño y ropa de cama incluidas.

La casa está a cinco minutos en coche del campo de golf The Dukes y a solo unos minutos más del campo de golf The Southern Dunes. Great location

The house was lovely and in an ideal location for us. Close to golf, shopping, and friends. The bedrooms are all upstairs and there is a busy intersection outside the front door but the neighborhood street was quiet. Would definitely rent it again. The owners are very easy to contact and are available to answer questions.

Maricopa house

Our stay was enjoyable at this 3 bedroom spacious house in Maricopa. We enjoyed the warm pool a number of times. This home is reasonably located to grocery stores and restaurants. We walked every day in the nearby park. It was very relaxing sitting outside on the patio in the sun with coffee and a book. This home is well equipped and met our household needs. The owner was very responsive in answering our questions. We’d rent this home again. Thanks to the owners for accommodating us for our yearly AZ trip.

This home was amazing, beautiful, and perfect!! My family came to Phoenix for a wedding, and we stayed for a vacation to explore Arizona. This home is exactly as described and beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Mr. and Mrs. Riordan were wonderful people and were extremely nice and responsive. We had the best stay and vacation and would 100% rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great house for a great price! I honestly cannot say enough... we loved it! Thank you so much!

Golf Trip

We stayed at this Maricopa VRBO for 13 days on a golf trip with my son and two other golf buddies!! Frank has a great property and great accommodations and was tremendous host. Plenty of room and space for the four of us as we played golf all but one day so were golfing primarily at Southern Dunes and The Duke in Maricopa for 8 of the days and Whirlwind in Chandler one day which is only 25 minutes north. The other 2 rounds we played an hour to hour and a half north at Dove Valley Ranch and Quintero. Played mostly afternoons as spent morning at the VRBO for breakfast then gone until 6:30 or later when we returned for dinner at the VRBO for four or five of the nights where we grilled as VRBO has a nice gas grill. Everything is great at this property so highly recommend it to all. Only thing I would recommend is that guests in the other upstairs bedrooms not in the master bedroom should consider bringing earplugs as the traffic noise gets quite loud early morning for light sleepers who are sleeping later. Also might consider bringing darkening eye mask as it gets quite a bit of early sunlight in the guest bedrooms. Master bedroom faces opposite direction so doesn’t get as much noise or sun on that side. Overall though everything was outstanding at this VRBO and would look to stay here again!!

Felt like home!

We loved this property so much. The house was in great shape, had what we needed and the communication with the property owner was fantastic. The access to the community pool was perfect, and great location to shopping and access to Chandler/Gilbert. Can't wait to visit again.

When I walked inside this home, it was gorgeous! It was very clean and I don't think the pictures do this house justice! It is huge. I came to Maricopa to visit my son and his family and I rented this home by myself. I loved it! The neighborhood is lovely! It's very quiet. The kitchen is very large and so nice. My son and his family came over and we had dinner here a few times. They loved this home also. The master bedroom is very nice and comfortable and the master bath is great too. It's so convenient to have the washer and dryer on the second floor. I loved it here! In fact, I'm coming back with my husband and our friends in late November! I know they will all love it! Not only is the price fantastic, you get 2400 square feet to boot! Danette and Frank are very friendly and they get back to you in a timely manner. Thank you so much for renting your home to me! Beautiful!

House was clean and comfortable for our stay. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Shopping was nearby. Enjoyed the patio with BBQ. Many things to do in Arizona, and Sedona was fabulous. Frank and Danette were wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay!! WE ALL LOVED IT!

This was our first time visiting Maricopa Az, nice area. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the house clean and comfortable with lots of living space. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay, Frank and Danette were wonderful to work with and just a text away if you have a question! We appreciated the cleaning supplies that were handy in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. It made keeping things tidy and sanitary quite easy. Having the laundry room with washer and dryer were great! Love the location of the house, nice quit street, although I did not get a chance to meet the neighbors my bother found them to be very nice and helpful. We all are very glad we took the chance and renting a house like this. This was our first time doing something like this and was not disappointed at all. Highly Recommended! Thank You! Great property

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location! We travel north and south, so it's perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has much of what you need and there are several grocery stores near by for anything missing. Thanks so much to Frank and Danette for sharing their home with us!

Great Vacation Home in Maricopa

We had a great week here in late February. The house was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a good community pool. Pacana Park is nearby with tennis and basketball courts. A good place to stay and enjoy Arizona sunshine.
