Check-out is by 10 a.m.

Make yourself at home; all we ask is that you treat it as you would your own.
There are other tenants in the building; please don’t disturb them with loud music, etc.

The apartment will be cleaned after you leave, but please tidy up before you go—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the trash bin is right in front of the building.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.

Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

You are not alone in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.

Right, and finally, here’s the fine print: The apartment and furniture are handed over in working condition and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the replacement of the lock(s).
