This modern and stylishly furnished one-bedroom apartment with a balcony is perfectly laid out, offering plenty of space for up to 3 people in its approximately 37 m². You can easily take the elevator to the first floor of the Berolina apartment complex to reach your apartment.

For a restful night’s sleep, simply sink into the pillows of the large double bed (2x 90x200 cm). You can spend cozy evenings watching TV on the comfortable sofa, which can be converted into an additional sleeping space (90x200 cm) if needed. The well-designed kitchen allows you to cook for yourself and your loved ones even while on vacation. The dining area also serves as a room divider. The furnished balcony faces the landward side, sheltered from the wind. Here you can enjoy the afternoon sun and cozy evenings. The modern, brightly tiled bathroom with a bathtub rounds out the amenities of this beautiful vacation rental.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the building. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In House D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
