Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Just a few steps from the entrance lead you to the “Terrassenhügel,” located directly on the beach promenade. The elevator takes you comfortably to the first floor. Upon entering the apartment (approx. 53 sqm), you’ll find yourself in a hallway with a built-in closet, a large mirror, and a coat rack. To the right is the interior bedroom with skylights opening onto the living area and a double bed consisting of two single mattresses (each 80x200 cm). Straight ahead down the hallway, you’ll find the bright living-dining area with a wide window front and access to the balcony. After an eventful day of vacation, relax on the cozy corner sofa while watching your favorite TV show. In no time at all, the comfortable corner sofa (2x 80x200 cm) can be converted into an additional sleeping area for two people.

From the corner bench with dining table, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea even while having breakfast. The separate kitchen, accessible from the living room, is fully equipped. The highlight is undoubtedly the approximately 12 m² balcony, from which you have a view to the northwest toward the spa gardens and to the east toward the Baltic Sea. Wonderful—admire the breathtaking sunrise over the Baltic Sea. From the afternoon until sunset, you can soak up the sun on the balcony! A Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building.
