A first-class vacation home: Located in the newly built “Im Sonnengarten” residential complex in Kellenhusen, this stylish 2-room vacation apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor, featuring a balcony-loggia and a sauna. Up to 3 people can enjoy the perfect getaway in this 48 m² living space.

Come on in—the stylish Esprit apartment warmly welcomes you. The exclusive furnishings and cozy sloped ceilings give the apartment a very special atmosphere. Take some time to relax on the comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sleeper sofa (approx. 160x200 cm) if needed. Or enjoy the Baltic Sea air on the spacious, partially covered balcony-loggia. Snuggled up comfortably, it’s a great place to relax even when the weather isn’t so great. This is sure to become your new favorite spot. Back in the living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with an induction stove and dishwasher awaits you. Conjure up your vacation meals together here and then sit down for a glass of wine at the stylish dining table. After a wonderful day of vacation, you’ll find the perfect rest in the box-spring bed (180x200 cm) in the bedroom, where another TV is also available. The modern shower room features a sauna that promises warmth and relaxation even on cold days. A convenient bonus is the passenger elevator in the building.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (maximum clearance height 2 m, steep entrance; not suitable for VW buses or similar vehicles). Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you. For bicycles you bring with you, there is a lockable, covered bike storage area at the building.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
