Keys are picked up from a key safe located directly at your vacation rental.

This modernly furnished 2-room vacation apartment accommodates up to 3 people in approximately 55 m² of living space. The balcony offers you an unforgettable view of the sea.

The combined living and dining area is always bathed in natural light and opens directly onto the fully equipped kitchenette. Right in front of the large picture window overlooking the Baltic Sea, you’ll find a comfortable sofa (sleeps one, 140x200 cm) with privacy pleated blinds. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), blackout curtains, and a closet, also offers access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom features a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rack. You can spend many relaxing hours on the covered, furnished balcony while enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea. Guests at Eichenhain also have access to a shared garden, including a sandbox playground.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A shared bicycle storage room is provided for bicycles you bring with you. A washing machine is available for your personal use.

Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.

The historic old town features small boutiques, charming cafés, and a large weekly market.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Apartment, makellose Sauberkeit, perfekte Dusche. Bequemes Bett, Fußbodenheizung, neuwertige und gut ausgestattete Küche. Die frische Ostseeluft im ganzen Apartment ist top, eine bessere Lage geht nicht. Um es perfekt zu machen, fehlt im Wohnzimmer ein gemütlicher bodenlanger Vorhang, zum einen um es abzudunkeln und zum anderen, um das leicht hallende Geräusch im Wohnraum zu eliminieren. Ein Teppich wäre auch super. Ansonsten alles perfekt!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in Pelzerhaken in dieser Ferienwohnung und es war wieder ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Ruhe dort sind Erholung pur. Selbst die letztes Mal noch "monierte" Kaffeemaschine ist einem neueren Modell gewichen, jetzt gibt es nichts mehr zu mäkeln! =:-) Auch die Abwicklung von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sind vorbildlich! Bis zum nächsten Mal, Danke!

eine wunderschön ausgestattete moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Ostsee.. ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und mich sofort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt.. auch die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert.. alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, der mir in guter Erinnerung bleibt.. einen großen Dank auch an das Kraushaar Team, die meine wieder mal sehr kurzfristige Buchung schnell bearbeitet und mich mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt haben..

Das war wirklich ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub! Der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an so gut wie nichts, lediglich die lärmende und langsame Kaffeemaschine, die bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt wurde, sollte dringend mal ersetzt werden, das kostet ja nicht die Welt. Ansonsten ist es traumhaft schön und vor allem ruhig in Pelzerhaken, sodass man auch abends auf dem Balkon laue Abende genießen kann. Eine klare Empfehlung für Unterkunft und Ferienort!
