On the cozy couch, you can enjoy relaxing movie or music nights in front of the smart TV or the Bluetooth radio/CD system. At the adjacent dining table, you can enjoy your home-cooked meals together. When the sun is shining, we recommend enjoying breakfast on the furnished, covered balcony overlooking the communal garden. Let your mind wander here and leave your everyday worries behind. At night, the fold-out bed in the living area can be converted into a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). The separate bedroom features a closet and a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm, with a weight capacity of up to 140 kg per bed), providing sleeping space for two additional people—suitable for adults as well, if needed. All windows can be comfortably darkened at night. You can recharge your batteries in the shower of the modern, naturally lit bathroom.

An outdoor parking space (parking deck, max. entry width 2.90 m) is reserved for you. Additional public parking spaces are located in front of the house. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the bike rack or in the shared bike storage room. A washing machine and dryer are also available there for shared use (for a fee). A crib, a high chair, a collection of games, a bed rail, and an outdoor playground round out the amenities for the young guests of this vacation home.

Just about 4 km from Pelzerhaken lies the downtown area of Neustadt in Holstein. Here, you can still buy fresh fish straight from the boat at the picturesque harbor. The historic old town features small boutiques, charming cafés, and a large weekly market.
