The light-filled living and dining area is lovingly furnished and offers several cozy spots to relax. A TV with Magenta HD channels, a CD player, and a radio provide entertainment. A highlight is the spacious, furnished, and covered terrace with an adjoining garden area for your exclusive use. You can prepare delicious meals in the open kitchen. Extras here include a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher. Nights are comfortable, too: both bedrooms are each equipped with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm or 2x 90x200 cm) and a smart TV. In one bedroom, the double bed can be converted into two separate beds if desired; the other bedroom features a small workspace. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, features a floor-level wellness shower and its own sauna. There is also a guest restroom. The entire apartment has heated floors.
