Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

In addition to the comfortable furniture, which enhances the charm of the historic building, the apartment stands out for its high-tech amenities: Two large smart TVs come equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more, and via Google Home (the counterpart to Alexa), you can use voice commands to play the radio and music at any time. The three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, promise restful nights filled with colorful dreams. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, features modern furnishings and stands out with its walk-in shower, from which you can look out onto the balcony. You can access the balcony from both the bathroom and the kitchen.

The apartment includes an outdoor parking space behind the house.
