Enjoy the fresh sea breeze on the terrace, which faces northwest and is equipped with patio furniture and a grill—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The individually designed living area welcomes you with a cozy atmosphere. Comfortable seating invites you to unwind. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for two people (approx. 140x200 cm) in just a few simple steps. The open kitchen adjoins the living area and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You’ll love the modern, timeless furnishings. The cozy bedroom is accessible via a small staircase and offers a comfortable atmosphere thanks to its sloped ceilings. Here, you can enjoy restful nights in a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The spacious, naturally lit bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a large shower and offers all the comforts you could wish for on vacation.

Up to two outdoor parking spaces are available here. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in a bicycle storage room. A high chair is available for young guests.

Pönitz am See is located in the beautiful hinterland of Scharbeutz. The country house is surrounded by nature, nestled in the lake landscape of the Pönitz Lake District. Here, the surrounding beech forests and the Scharbeutz Heath invite you to go hiking, fishing, or biking. There is also a train station and a grocery store on site. Anglers can look forward to the trout pond in Ahrensbök. There are plenty of opportunities for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The Großer Pönitzer See offers two ways to access the water—a public swimming area with a sunbathing lawn, as well as direct lake access for experienced swimmers at the Haus des Gastes in Klingberg. The beach at Scharbeutz is only about 3 km away; by bike, you can reach the lively promenade and the white Baltic Sea beach in 15 minutes.
