We loved our stay here. This home is clean, convenient, and in a top tier location with great restaurants within walking distance and in a highly desirable, quiet neighborhood. The host is incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out as easy as possible. We were very happy with the whole experience and would definitely come back.

Out host met us at the property upon checkin and we had a great experience. The location was perfect walking distance to tons of coffee shops and the nearby Century City Mall with great restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy with a great location

We had a really great time. It’s a cozy place in a great location to access everything. The host is amazing. Give star communication and really went out of his way to make sure our trip was wonderful. Loved it!!

The property was even nicer than the description. Mike was over the top, responsive and hospitable, addressing every question and need that I had within a few minutes of messaging him. Strongly recommend.

A great location and within easy reach of shops etc neighborhood very quiet, on a tree lined street. The apartment had everything we needed. And Mike communicated with us throughout.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Mike was the most amazing host - super diligent and so quick to respond to all our enquiries. Our flight was delayed into LA from the UK meaning it was past midnight when we arrived but Mike was there to meet us and made the whole check in so easy. He was also super helpful re getting our bearings in terms of where to go / what to do and could not of been easier to deal with.

Perfect Stay in Beverly Hills: Clean, Comfortable, and Family-Friendly

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is crisp and clean and beautifully decorated, and it was nice to sit and play every evening on a big couch! Right next to my conference at the Hilton. Mike had games for the kids to play. It was easy to walk to Rodeo Dr and great restaurants and shops. Safe and quiet and gorgeous neighborhood for our family’s night time walks. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with the necessary tools to cook. Great coffee! Mike was the best host we ever had. Knows all the secrets in Beverly Hills and LA. He truly cared about us and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy, and I was grateful that Mike always asked me if my family was doing well in the apartment and if there were any problems. I will definitely stay here again when I visit LA.

Fabulous Host & property

I recently stayed at Mike’s Beverly Hills unit that sits in the perfect location in LA. Situated right in the middle of everything convenient: shops, restaurants, scenic locations, hip neighborhoods. It is the perfect location if you plan on visiting multiple areas of LA. My stay required me to visit Santa Monica and Hollywood often, so it broke up the traffic perfectly. The arrival process is seamless and he made it extremely easy to check in. It was also very nice that he provided a lot of snacks and coffee/tea to get me started off for my stay. The unit is kept nice and clean and even offered a clean & press service which I didn’t expect. The street is very quiet and parking wasn’t an issue. And there’s nothing to be worried about regarding noise. The bed is comfortable and the unit has everything you need. Mike also made sure to check in periodically to make sure I was comfortable, but not too often (I stayed 2 weeks). I also plan on renting the property again since it was perfect for my needs.

All the exciting shops and trendy restaurants are at your finger. Right next-door, our world, famous hotels hosting the biggest conferences in the country.

It’s about the little touches. These matter most during a stay in a vacation. A little bit of fun and a little bit of style goes a long way. And then there’s comfort. The most comfortable couch in Beverly Hills as well as a queen and king size bed to sleep in!

Most importantly, my cleaning staff is paid very well for their incredible work. While the apartment was not built yesterday, it is pristine in its cleaning. This is the type of cleaning you can’t get in a hotel because they are trying to turn over too many rooms! I only host this and one other property so your state is carefully maintained
