Harbor Breeze es una hermosa casa de 6 habitaciones, hija de madre, en Sea Street, con vistas al pintoresco puerto de Camden. Esta propiedad única tiene una casa principal de 4 dormitorios y un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones de la casa principal y sala de estar del Cottage apt. Se pueden alquilar juntos o por separado, ambos tienen entradas separadas. TENGA EN CUENTA: debe alquilar una cabaña apta para dormir 15 (se agregarán tarifas adicionales), solicite el apartamento si necesita espacio adicional. Disfrute de las vistas, mire las goletas, practique kayak en la costa, camine 1 cuadra hacia la ciudad. Escucha las cascadas y los conciertos de verano desde nuestra terraza. La casa principal comienza en el segundo piso, aquí encontrará la cocina con estufa Viking y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, área de comedor, sala de estar, terraza, dormitorio King con baño en suite que tiene bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble, baño compartido con bañera / ducha y lavandería. El 3er nivel tiene dos dormitorios: el dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales y el dormitorio con 2 gemelos. El tercer nivel también tiene un área de lectura agradable.

Nuestra terraza tiene una hermosa barbacoa de última generación en la que puedes disfrutar de las vistas de Camden, Mt Battie y el Inner Harbor.

Día de navegación en Old Schooners de Camden Bay, kayak de mar, senderismo y rampa para botes está a solo una cuadra de distancia.

The property is great, very spacious, well appointed and has beautiful views of the harbor and surrounding mountains. It is very close to shops and great restaurants. My husband and I stayed comfortably with our 3 adult sons, along with one son's fiancé and her 2 daughters (6 and 3).

The location and amenities were perfect for our family. We made some wonderful memories with our grandchildren and took some beautiful walks around the neighborhood looking at the fall colors. The beds are comfortable, climate control is easy and warm, and the space can't be beat. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This was a very nice house, including the apartment, for our group of 13. There was plenty of room for everyone and it’s in a great location. The kitchens could be better stocked with dishes for a house that holds large groups.

We had such a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, cozy, and the window seating was unbelievably comfortable—perfect for everyone to relax and spread out. We hosted an early Thanksgiving dinner with family (and our two dogs!) and had plenty of room.The kids played hide and seek for hours and were completely entertained, which made it even more enjoyable for all of us.We even walked over to Paperplane for a pre-dinner cocktail, which had such a great vibe and was a bonus not having to drive.Ana, the host, was fantastic and incredibly accommodating, which made the stay even better.Overall, a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Family trip

My adult children and grandchildren loved staying here. Our first trip to Maine. No harbor view but a short walk to town. Ana was great at responding to air condiyioner issues.

Camden vacation stop

We enjoyed the closeness to the town center. Did not enjoy the view of the large boat building outside our window.

Great area

Camden is so pretty .. this house is walking distance to town and you can take a nice walk around area. Very safe. Beds were very comfy and kitchen has everything you need. Big table in kitchen and beautiful windows.

Property is in ideal location to enjoy Camden Maine, local boat launches, and Mt Battie. Can walk to town very easily and there is a local Hannafords nearby.Feels more rustic and not fully equipped to handle 10 people. E.g plates and silverware, wash cloths, and towels.VRBO listing policy not allowing owners to have partial pricing based on full/partial rental was confusing and not ideal, though the host lists it in the description.Host was very responsive and dealt with any issues that arose. E.g the power service failed and she handled it with Central Maine power.

The location and living areas and view were excellent. But the 3rd floor bedrooms had no bathroom facilities and the 2 bathrooms on the second floor were not roomy enough.

Thank you Shari for staying with us and I’m glad you loved the property and location We do not have bathrooms on third floor , that is correct . Bathrooms are all on main floor by bedroom one and two . That is what is explained in the property description .

Exceeded Expectations

Perfect house for our girls weekend. The interior was fun and comfortable, and was a great size for our group of 9 (we didn't put the pull out sofa to use, but could have). The location was even better than I anticipated. We walked everywhere, which made the weekend easier.

daughter's wedding family house

This house was awesome for our family to gather for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party got ready in the beautiful living room and there was plenty of room. Walkable to town and the wedding venue made this spot ideal. Seamless check in and check out.

The building is in desperate need of repairs. Windows that wouldn't close, the kitchen sink leaked water all over the place when used, the knobs on the stove didn't work properly. The remotes for the mini splits didn't have batteries. Even the front keypad was missing numbers. Everywhere you looked it felt like stuff wasn't working properly.

Thank you Mr Beattie , the large gathering in our home was not allowed . We asked for our maintenance man to enter when you mentioned a leak and you did not allow it . Obviously we now know why , because of the large mess that was left. Please not in our listing ,the house only allows for number guest provided not for large parties. This is is in our contract.

Very nice place

The house is spacious and the view is wonderful. The town is a short distance to walk. Sailing trip on Olad with Captain Cris was amazing and informative. For the bikers out there the ride to Cadillac Mt was great, must see. The cottage is wonderful also if you need the extra space. Enjoy

Family reunion.

The house was a perfect for our group. The large, well stocked, kitchen let us eat in sometimes. View was very nice and we enjoyed the easy walk into town and a restaurant being so close. As described, there is no bathroom upstairs, which was fine as we were all family. The bathrooms downstairs were nice and big! The house has old world charm and the host family was great!! Would def. stay here again.

Overview

Great location, easy to walk into town. Great space to spend time with family. Some beds were old and caved in, was not comfortable. Some sheets were not washed prior to our arrival and the carpet on the stairs was not vacuumed. Overall, the stay was good.

Thank you for your review. I can guarantee that the sheets were washed as I drop off linens myself to the cleaning staff . I have not received any complaints about the beds but I will definitely check them all to see what you means . It’s unfortunate that we never heard from you during your stay or we could have corrected any issue, in the future you should always contact your host immediately please. . I manage this myself , as you know because we spoke often before your check in. Thank you again.

Great location be aware of layout.

Walkable to downtown was great! The main rental is only some of the pictures online and they are dated. There are two bedrooms on top level which requires u to walk down steps to get to a bathroom which is also shared by another bedroom on main level. Main area and kitchen space could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable. We had 5 women on a girls trip.

Couple things

We love this property for its size and location. We stayed here in 2018. However this time dishwasher was not secured and we needed to have one person hold it in or it would fall out. Also there were not enough towels available. Aside from some basic maintenance, it was as expected and hosts were responsive to our questions and concerns.

Incredible view, and wonderful home

We travelled with our 15 year old and 18 year old son as well as their grandparents and we had a wonderful stay. The home is clean, bright, very comfortable and lovely. The kitchen is very well appointed for all types of cooking. We cooked more than expected because the kitchen was so nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. Ana was very welcoming and easy to reach on any questions. Just a street away are restaurants along the waterfront, and we were in walking distance to the town center. I loved the little reading nook upstairs and the surprise cove views from different windows ( in addition to the star view of the harbor).

Spectacular House

I rented this home for family to stay in during a wedding weekend in Camden and to host a small bridal luncheon. The house was amazing. The hosts were amazing. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was great and well appointed for lots of cooking which we did. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had. It was extremely clean and most of all comfortable and felt like home for the 4 days we were there. The hosts were also very accommodating when on our departure day one of ours cars would not start and they were very understanding and helpful with the situation. Great location for all the fun things in Camden. We will definitely rent this home again!

Family Weekend Birthday Surprise at the beautiful Harbor Breeze!

Words cannot begin to express the beauty of Camden - normally when traveling we use our timeshare or travel 5 star resorts - spending very little time at the place - not the case here at Harbor Breeze! The views, the spacious layout - the views, the walking distance to town - the VIEWS! - the detail and upkeep in the house and did I mention the VIEWS??? Ana was so accommodating to my family in setting up the weekend getaway - they happen to be around so we had the pleasure of getting know them - they made recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and of course eating. To know that a property owner takes that much pride and joy with the guests in their home where they make it yours is something truly spectacular. We will most definitely be back - oh and did I mention the views from their property??? Unbelievable!!!
