Wonderful place to stay.

Perfect spot for walking to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Disneyland and great views.

Thanks so much. You are bay beachfront with the best views.... turn to the right there's the ocean. Cross one street to access. Restaurants and shops plentiful. OH and the park is right in front. Marina Park with kids play ground and The Lighthouse Cafe (tall lighthouse) that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Thanks for staying with us. Hope you can return often.

beautiful location, clean accomodations

This is a nice location, close to the 101 and Orange County, but quiet and removed from the business of the area.

The unit we stayed in, was very clean with plenty of amenities and in really good condition. The only thing that could’ve been better was the weather.

Thank you. Glad you were happy with our Casa. We con control a lot of things..unfortunately...not the weather. BUT you had one of the few vacation rentals ion Newport that has a covered courtyard with an outdoor heater. We hope you can return when the weather is warm and sunny...which is typical.

The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet still quiet and relaxing. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, and having comfortable living space made it easy to unwind after a day out.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and the overall experience seamless. This was a great spot for a family getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great location. The bayside is very nice and quiet.

Great location. Restaurants and bars are walking distance. The house is large and roomy. GREAT balcony with seating options for comfort.

Great location, great home.

The unit was well-appointed, clean, homey and in a fabulous location. It is in walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, beach, and bay.

Perfect. Location is fantastic. Walk across the street to the bay beach. Walk down two blocks to the ocean beach. Quiet. Walk to everything else. House has a great deck. Fantastic view. Three nice bedrooms. Two nice bathrooms. Probably the best VRBO we have stayed in.

Thanks for the kind words. It's funny...folks that usually stay oceanside..once they find us they would never go back.Often it's easier to put your toes in the ocean water from our location too!! Because the beach is so wide elsewhere. Quiet, but enough activity to make you know your on vacay in a special place. Views of the mountains, Fashion Island, beach, bay, and boating activity. Walkability is crazy!! What more would you want? We hope you took a pic of our sign for return visits!!

This was the most amazing and cleanest place we have ever stayed at. Walking distance to everything you can imagine. We will definitely be back in a few months.

Casa de Balboa

Excellent location for relaxing beach stay. Property was well maintained and very clean. Pam was excellent host always responsive and available to answer questions. Across the street from family beach and short walk to surf beach and restaurants.

A great spot

Location was great. Nice view of the water from the second floor porch, easy walk to the beach. About a 20 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Garage was tight but fit our rental SUV. A great place!

Thanks for your 5 star review. We appreciate it. I'm not sure what restaurants you were visiting, but many are within a couple of minutes walk from the Casa's. Just a few a couple of beach blocks away: Charlie's Chili, Dory Deli, Flying Fish, Sharkeys' Mutt Lynch's, Shorebird, Crab Cooker, Thai, Woody's Wharf, Il Faro Italian, and ON OUR BEACH in front... the LightHouse Cafe (tall lighthouse in the pics). A bit further (not 20 minutes) is El Ranchito, The Porch, Blue Water Grill, The Cannery. There's a TON of restaurants...but these are a super easy walk away...and during the summer you can catch the Woody Shuttle to others further. Thanks again!!

Beautiful spot!

We had a lovely time at this property! The location is absolutely perfect because you don’t get the loud crowds from the coastline but you are close enough to beach and the advantage of the marina, which also has a calm beach where we paddle boarded and walked. Even our golden retriever Bear had a great time! Highly recommend!

Great relaxing trip

6 adults 2 kids stayed in this house. Great location to beaches and restaurants with night life. The house was plenty big, clean, and had everything we needed even beach chairs and toys. We would definately rent again. Big deck with views of the marina and beach.

Excellent property, exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The only slight irritation was the early morning barking/yapping of a neighbours dog

Thanks for taking the time to write. We take barking seriously...as everything else. Had you let me know of an issue of a dog with a guest...I would have intervened. That is why we screen any dogs for a possible stay and pass on the ones we know hav e a tendency to do so. Thanks again!!! Hope to have you guys back!!!

Great place for a family getaway

This condo is perfect if you are traveling with small children. Walking distance to most attractions, restaurants etc. if you find a convenient, free place to park - don’t move your car! Parking is at a premium in New Port so add the parking fees to your vacation budget, just in case you have trouble finding a spot.
