Hermoso chalet de 3 dormitorios casa de pueblo frente a la entrada del pueblo a las montañas azules.

características de un chalé: cocina equipada, sauna seca, conjunto de patio, barbacoa y chimenea de gas. Amplia ft 1650 sq.. De espacio es muy adecuado para familias y Reuniones de equipo corporativo. Dos cubiertas, una frente a la montaña y uno frente a la primera calle del Monterra Campo de Golf. Decoración moderna con suelos actualizados y techos altos.

Proporcionamos edredones (mantas), almohadas y artículos de tocador básicos (jabón plato, jabón de manos y papel higiénico). Los huéspedes traer sábanas, fundas de almohadas y toallas. Número de edredones suministrado = número de personas reservado en reserva! Incluya el número exacto de personas en su reserva! Accomodation as advertised, fit group size perfectly! Couldnt have asked for a better location. Lots of space, excellent communication with owner and thorough instructions and directions. Would stay there again !

The property is located across the Blue Mountain village so there is no worry about parking. It is also closed to the city centre where there are many restaurants and shops. The property we stayed was on the second and third level so there are stairs, which may pose some concerns for seniors and those with mobility issues. The property is clean and has plenty of toilet papers and towels but no hair dryer and toiletries. The pull out couch was a bit too soft and the master bedroom was a loft. One can hear the noises below in the living room and there's no curtain to block the sunlight. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and the rental fee was very reasonable.

Overall the stay was good, however for a property on VRBO we found they could have had some little things like sugar for coffee, or salt and pepper. Not a big deal. We enjoyed the amount of beds HOWEVER the light comes into the loft room and the room with the pull out couch at about 6-630am which is extremely unsettling. There were no blinds or anything so not sure how one can truly ever sleep here. As a bunch of moms getting away for the weekend this was disappointing and I would encourage the host to install some blinds or a partition to block this off.

Check in was a nightmare. The property listed the wrong address, in the window there was a sign saying it was not a rental property - we weren't the first. After an hour of trying to get through to the booking platform and the owner we finally got in ... a couple doors down. No code was sent to us to enter the property on the day of check in. Communication was a nightmare. Amenities were lacking with coffee for the morning, but no milk/creamer or sugar? We were instructed we had to take the garbage out after our stay and had to walk ages away to do so as the disposal is at the end of the complex. The place was ok, but save yourself the trouble and go to a hotel with service.

Stayed here on Mar 28-31, 2024. This unit including its furniture are dated. The front balcony looked messy when we checked in - tarps on the balcony floor un-tied, chairs all over the place. The inside of kitchen cabinets did not look clean. The cleaning crew could do better. A black mattress or top of some sort stored in the corner of the room with open look to living room. It cut into the space and made you feel like you are staying in a unit that’s is the middle of being renovated. One of the rooms with two bunk beds was missing a top bunk. I had to squeeze into the double bed (lower bunk of the bunk bed that is missing the upper bunk) with my son for 3 nights. I know there is also a sofa bed downstairs we could have used. But the point is we were not made aware of ahead of time and were expecting to sleep in a bedroom instead of the living room. Some of the towels look old and used even though clean. The positives are the excellent location and the prompt response from the owner. But the unit itself really showed its age and needs work.

This is the second time I rented this property. It needs some maintenance since the first time. Full of old food or something on the bottom of the ovenOne shower had almost no hot water (pretty sure it was the valve handle not allowing hot water through as the place has a tankless heater) and the other had no water pressure and a broken spoutShowers had some random hairs in there before we used themCleaning staff banged on the door and rang the doorbell repeatedly on a day they should not have come. All they wanted to do is drop off a vacuum cleaner. Woke the entire house up on a Saturday morningThe two “single” beds are cots in the closet that a grown person should not sleep on. Bar in your back tooBunk beds are pretty unstable for an adult on the top bunk. Guys had to use the mattress on the floor to reduce the risk of them collapsing Bedding is very out dated.some stained on the sheets

Place was perfect!

This chalet was perfect for our girls weekend away, it was clean, fully stocked with everything you needed kitchen wise and was a 5 minute walk to the village! We would certainly rent this place again!

Great get away !!

The chalet was super clean and well equipped and minutes walk to the village at Blue Mountain! We visited for the weekend - three girlfriends and four kids. Lots of space for everyone and three bathrooms - two full and one half. The karaoke was easy to operate and so much fun. We would defiantly stay again !!!

nice place.. great location..

We had a great girls weekend.. Location was perfect. It was right across the street from the village so we could walk there for lunch a little shopping and a little night life. The place was very clean and had everything you need to just relax. The only thing I would say is the bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable but would go back again...

Very Clean, Perfect Location!

Very clean condo and well kept - perfect size for our group. Exactly as shown in the photos. I would actually say that the condo is a bit larger than it seems in the photos. You can't beat the location as it is very close to the village and extremely easy to walk there. You can see the ski hills from the front balcony. Was very impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with a lot of really useful supplies, and the fridge was large which was great for us as we brought a lot of our own groceries. Overall, a really great stay. Would highly recommend.

BEWARE! BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this review due to the the lack of communication involved when we had noticed the bed bugs in both of the rooms with bunk beds and voiced our concern for future renters. I had stayed there on May 27th-May 29th 2016 and some people had noticed some bites -upon further investigation we were able to find bed bugs in the mattresses. We tried to contact the person in charge of this unit who has ignored all emails and since it is a Public Health issue- the public needs to be aware when looking to rent something like this. We all had to go home and throw a lot of our belongings out so they did not infest our houses! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

Dear Future guests, Please take this review with a grain of salt, as this guest was just looking for a free stay and left our chalet in a very messy state. Our chalet DOES NOT have bed bugs nor does any unit in our chalet complex have bed bugs as we have verified by 2 third-party professionals. This guest phoned me several times in the days leading up to her stay even up to the day she entered to confirm her pass code. Yet somehow the guest chose to remain silent during her stay despite her claim of displeasure. The day after her stay she claimed that they had been bitten throughout and sent me a photo of ONE insect with wings (note bed bugs do not have wings), and a photo of her hand that showed some warts (these were white nodules on back of her hands like warts, bed bugs go after your shoulders, back, arms, etc.). None of these indicated bites or bed bugs. Rest assured, our chalet was inspected by 2 separate professionals after her stay and our whole bedding was laundered in special machines. There were and are no bed bugs in our unit. We requested that she see a doctor to diagnose her hand, which she did not do. Please trust our long track record (about 2 years) of having an exceptionally clean chalet. Please also know this tenant has lied stating that we were not in communication with her from the moment she made her claim on Monday both by phone and email through to the day it was resolved by inspectors that there were no bed bugs. On top of this the tenant claimed she sent unmailed emails, which VRBO confirmed she did not send. Then the tenant claimed the bites occurred from the Saturday night at bed time when the photos were taken, yet the photos showed that it was clearly day light. The tenant wanted to have a free early check-in, which we complied with. Then the tenant left our chalet in a very messy state which we wanted to charge and should have. Lastly the past guest said she worked for a company selling bed bug products.... She also fails to use her same name that was on the reservation for this review. Whether she was expecting a sale or looking for a free stay it's disappointing to know that she took advantage of a family-owned business that has and continues to keep a high cleanliness standard. Clean, close to the village

It was challenging at first to get in as the door code didn't work. But after that it was great for our weekend of skiing. I would stay here again. There are lots of reminder signs of things to do during your stay and before you leave.

Just like the pictures! Very close to Blue and extremely clean!

The group of us enjoyed our stay at the chalet right across the village. We actually were able to get into the chalet at 12 pm which was convenient for us. The photos on the website truly capture how the chalet looks like. It was very clean and suitable for the group that we had. The only thing that I could ask for is a hair dryer. We will look into booking this chalet again next year!

A very good chalet! perfect location!

We stayed at this townhouse for 2 nights /3 days. The property is in a very good shape, perfectly cleaned and prepared for our moving in date. Lots of living and sleeping space, kitchen is fully equipped. Everything as described in the ad. We were informed about taking our own bedding and towels. Take the blow dryer wuth you if you need it. The only issue was that the bedrooms were not heated the first night, though the rest of the townhouse was perdectly heated. We contacted the owner and it was all fixed and it was comfortable to sleep next night. And another thing was that the jacuzzi didnt work. We tried to start it, but nothing happened. But that was no problem, we stayed there just for 2 nights only. The mountain view from the windows is gorgeous! we really liked this place. Thanks to the owner and the house keeping woman for the great service!

Great for s family stay

A well set out condo with all the necessities. Clean and in good order. We lived that it was a short walk to the village and a nice view of the hill over breakfast. Plenty of parking too. Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to styling there again when we next visit.

Great chalet!!

A group of us booked the chalet well in advance for a ski weekend but unfortunately no snow in the area yet. Had a blast nonetheless, as the Chalet is conveniently close by to everything in the area. The place is clean and well maintained. This is the 2nd year we booked the chalet. Will definitely book again.

Amazing Stay

Stayed here for a friends birthday weekend. It was an amazing location, very close to the village. Had all the amenities one would need for a cottage. There is enough room in the backyard to play a small game of soccer. The neighbours are very friendly. Bookie was a great host, we checked in earlier than expected and she helped with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Away with friends

We absolutely loved the chalet. It was spacious and had everything we needed available for us. It's evident that the owners have put a lot of time to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. It was a short distance from the village and had a great view. By far what we loved the most was how accommodating the owners were :) we will definitely recommend this chalet again! There were 6 of us that stayed, all couples :)
