With a spacious area of 85 m², spread over two floors, this accommodation can accommodate up to five people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The light-filled and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The open kitchen, which flows into the cozy living room, is equipped with high-quality appliances. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as kitchen appliances such as a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Enjoy social moments at the dining table while preparing meals together or relaxing with a cup of coffee.
The living room is the ideal place to relax and features both a sofa and an armchair. A total of four TVs (Smart TVs), installed in various rooms (including all bedrooms) of the apartment, provide entertainment. Wi-Fi is also available, so you can comfortably surf the Internet after an eventful day.
Vacation Rental No. 06 features three bedrooms, each offering a quiet retreat. The vacation rental has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a makeup mirror.

Rex Rugia Beach Resort, Building 17, in the Baltic Sea resort town of Lobbe, is nestled within an approximately 85,000 m² park-like grounds featuring expansive green spaces. The building, newly constructed in 2025 in the North German style, blends harmoniously into the quiet, natural surroundings.

House 17 features modern and comfortably furnished apartments with two, three, or four rooms. All units feature a balcony or terrace, offering ideal conditions for a relaxing stay near the Baltic Sea.

From April through the end of October, beach chairs are available right on the beach and can be reserved—subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please note that only a limited number are available.

The unspoiled, fine-sand beach stretches for about ten kilometers from Göhren to Thiessow. House 17 is located nearly in the center of this stretch of coastline. A narrow, wooded belt of dunes separates the house from the beach, which is easily accessible via a wide footpath.

Its location in the heart of Mönchgut makes House 17 an ideal starting point for nature lovers and active vacationers. Gentle hills, vast meadows, sheltered Bodden landscapes, and well-developed hiking and biking trails characterize this particularly unspoiled region of the island of Rügen. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, wide-open spaces, and an authentic island atmosphere.
