Bienvenido a nuestro hermoso ático dúplex en Shangri-La, Marina. Nuestro ático de 5 dormitorios, dos pisos y más de 4000 pies cuadrados cuenta con impresionantes vistas, increíbles más de 800 pies cuadrados de espacio al aire libre y hermosos jardines.

Shangri-la es una comunidad cerrada de lujo frente a la playa a cinco minutos del aeropuerto. El condominio está ubicado en los pisos 15 y 16 de la Torre cuatro. Shangri-La ofrece una de las piscinas infinitas más grandes y los paisajes más bellos. También cuenta con un restaurante gourmet junto a la piscina y un bar en la piscina que sirve excelente comida. La propiedad cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación frente al océano, un spa de servicio completo (que incluye salas de vapor y masajes) y dos canchas de tenis iluminadas recientemente. Al otro lado de la calle en la Marina hay una variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y spas. También hay varias compañías de pesca charter, turismo y aventura allí. El centro de Puerto Vallarta está a menos de 15 minutos en taxi o autobús. El campo de Marina Golf está al otro lado de la calle y hay varios otros campos en 20 minutos en taxi.

El ascensor privado se abre directamente a una hermosa sala de estar contemporánea con una vista panorámica impresionante de la bahía y la ciudad. La elegante y hermosa sala de estar y comedor tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 'y un reproductor de DVD. El amplio balcón permite un entretenido entretenimiento mientras disfruta de las espectaculares vistas.

El condominio cuenta con 5 habitaciones. Cuatro habitaciones tienen vista al mar.

1- El dormitorio principal 1 tiene una cama king-size, TV de pantalla plana de 42 ', reproductor de DVD, baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño, ducha de mármol y amplio armario con vestidor. Se encuentra en el nivel principal y tiene acceso directo al balcón.
2- El dormitorio principal 2 está en el segundo nivel (igual que el dormitorio principal 1 pero también tiene balcón privado).
3 dormitorios 3 se encuentra en el segundo nivel y tiene dos camas dobles, vestidor y baño privado.
4- Dormitorio 4 está en el segundo nivel y tiene una cama king-size, vestidor, baño privado y balcón.
5- El dormitorio 5 se encuentra en la parte posterior que da a la Marina, tiene una cama doble y baño privado. Solo se puede acceder por escaleras.

Hay una gran sala de lavandería con acceso al ascensor de servicio.

An enjoyable Thanksgiving week.

Our family enjoyed the spacious deck, and the beautiful views. We enjoyed the delicious food at the grill and the beautiful pool and of course the beach. There were 10 of us in our family that stayed there, and four of the bedrooms were great. The fifth bedroom is totally disconnected from the condo, with access through a hallway and up some concrete steps. This was not an ideal set up for our family, but we made it work. The kitchen is very well equipped, although we did not cook a lot at the condo.

Best Vacation Home with Stunning Views

As soon as the elevator doors open you are greeted with the most breathtaking views of the ocean and bay. The condo is kept amazingly clean and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The marina is a very short walking distance where you can find delicious food and excursions. Oswaldo (the unit manager) is very kind and helpful. He was there to answer any questions we had and made sure to check in on our well-being as we were there during Hurricane Lidia. So many wonderful things can be said about this place. You will absolutely not leave disappointed. Wish we were still there 😀

Beautiful property in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful property! The condo was as described and we were met by property manager, Oswaldo, on our arrival to ensure our check-in was smooth and we were shown around the unit. Judy even stocked us up for our arrival which was such a wonderful gesture when travelling with small children. This condo was spacious with lovely decor and everyone in the family had plenty of personal space when needed. The deck was simply spectacular! Amazing views and with such a large amount of space, the children enjoyed playing on the patio and we had no concerns about their safety. The location of the property is prime in relation to all the restaurants and services in the marina. Would highly recommend this condo and the Shangri-la and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Great Condo, Location, Pool, Owner

Arrived to find the place in great order, well appointed and there was even a bowl of fruit to greet us on the table. This is an amazing million dollar condo with lots of living space and great views. The "extra" 5th room is not connected and does not have any view at all. The room is upstairs accessed through the service hallway. For some reason the windows for that room, the building was built with slats over the windows. The restruant on site was great, the staff was great. the bar drinks were great. 5-star.

Wonderful Property & Great Hosts

It's a beautiful unit that is well appointed and in a great complex. The location is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and amenities and it's in a very safe area of Puerto Vallarta. Judy and Hussein had provided additional information and recommendations and in advance of our stay, which was very helpful and appreciated. Their property manager, Oswaldo was also friendly and made check in/out a breeze. Would strongly recommend staying at this VRBO and plan to book again in the future!

Shanghai La Marina PV

Judy was great to communicate with prior to our visit. She assisted us with the best recommendations for great restaurants. Oswaldo the property manager could not have been more accommodating. This was an ideal New Years vacation with the family!! Location Location Location! The amenities and grounds were ideal. I hope to come back for a second visit.

This is our 20th straight year in PV..This is the best place we have stayed.

Since we found Judy's condo three years ago, we only stay here. It is absolutely beautiful and the views are to die for. The pool, workout facility and all amenities are just terrific and my family considers this their second home. If anyone is thinking of bringing their family, this is the only place to consider. Best time we've had as a family ever!

An outstanding Condo with a view that is breathtaking. Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family -- total of 10 of us. It surpassed all of our expectations. Staff at Shangi La were pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. Our 9 year old twins loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the heated half. Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Exceptional views in this amazing Shangri La Penthouse Suite

We had stayed at other properties until discovering Shangri La about 10 years ago. This was our 4th time staying at Shangri La and it once again exceeded our expectations. This time, we stayed in this beautifully appointed and well equipped penthouse suite with my brother and his family and it was perfect for our two families. Best views we've had in Puerto Vallarta!

Spectacular Penthouse views!

November is an absolutely wonderful time of year to stay. The photos are represenative of the accomodations; loved the color scheme and decor. The marina is a very short walk away where there are many many restaurants, wine bars and boutiques. There are fireworks nightly and the view is perfect from the patio; an added perk! The staff is very professional, accomodating and prompt to resolve any issues, or answer any questions. We definitely recommend this property.

EXCELENT PLACE

This is one of the nicest place we have stayed. My family and I had a wonderful time there. Well equiped, confortable, nice decoration, near almost anything you need. The pool was the best, the food was tasty and for a reasonable price. The owner is such a nice person! We are defenitly coming back.

Paradise Found

We visited Puerto Vallarta for the first time over the Thanksgiving break. There were five adults and two teens in our party. This condo was perfect for our group. It is spacious and beautiful. We especially appreciated the water, beer and fresh fruit that was provided upon our arrival. Thank you to the Hedayatis for that special touch! The location is ideal as it offers views of the pool and beach beyond. It was fun to see the cruise ships come and go. The pool is amazing! Reasonably priced food and drinks are available for purchase at the pool bar and restaurant. The shops and restaurants in the marina are within easy walking distance. I suggest visiting the malecon (boardwalk) at least once during your visit. The shops and restaurants are comparable to what you will find at the marina, but the sculptures along the walkway are worthwhile. We found the marina to be very quiet while the malecon was bustling. We had a very relaxing and wonderful vacation!

Amazing

It was just like we imagine, everything was perfect, when we arrived there were some fruits, water and beers waiting for us, the penthouse was just like they pictured it, the only thing is that the fifth room is a service room and we didn't know until we got there. Bu in general everything was in excellent conditions, comfortable beds, living room and kitchen.

Great Condo at a Great complex!

This is the first time our family has stayed in a condo for vacation. In the past we have been to all-inclusive resorts, so we were a little nervous about getting around on our own, eating, etc.... However this Condo is in the perfect location where those issues were no problem. We walked to a grocery store to stock the place with water, beer, soda, snacks, breakfast food etc. Also the Marina is literally right across the street with many options for dining. The condo complex is really nice. The pool is very large with lots of chairs and palapas. Grounds are impeccably maintained. The restaurant/snack shack has good food that is very reasonably priced. The family also did massages on site that were great (about $35 for an hour). The Condo itself could not have been better. Lots of room, expansive balcony with unbelievable views. Condo was clean and everything was in working order. There were a couple small issues that were not the fault of the owner but were rectified immediately was notified. Great condo and great experience! I could not be happier with my choice to rent this condo and will definitely rent this unit when we go back again next year! Great for large families - clean, quiet and comfortable

My extended family stayed here and loved it. The condo was tastefully decorated and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Shangri La has a beautiful pool and grounds and is very relaxing, quiet and safe. The condo has a very nice deep balcony with a arbor cover so you can spend time sitting outside, enjoying the sea breezes. There is plenty of seating for both eating and relaxing. The bathrooms are large with very good closets in all (with hangers!). It's walking distance to the marina with plenty of shops and restaurants.

wonderful

my wife and i stayed here for 2 weeks, the place is fantastic. rooms are big and beautiful. the views are incredible. you can sit on the dfeck and watch the cruise ships come so close that you feel like you can reach out and touch them. the condo is very well equiped with everything you would need for a great holiday. a short walk across the street and you are in the marina with its many shops and restuarants. or the cabs will come right to the front door to pick you up and take you anywhere you want to go. or just walk out the resort and the marina bus is there to take you to the malecon. without a doubt a fantastic place to stay.
