Una impresionante y luminosa casa de playa de 6 dormitorios, muy grande, 2700 pies cuadrados. La mejor ubicación, con vista al Golfo, acceso directo a la playa de la calle 13. Hermosas vistas al mar desde la mayoría de las habitaciones, grandes balcones de 30 '. Grandes citas, gran cocina, granito, acero inoxidable, baldosas en todo. Las habitaciones master king y queen tienen balcones con vistas al golfo. Las camas King son de espuma viscoelástica. La casa tiene una gran piscina compartida de 21'x40 'detrás. También tenemos un parque acuático / al lado de la piscina ... a los niños les encanta. La casa tiene una gran ducha cerrada, una parrilla de barbacoa y una mesa de picnic. Amplio estacionamiento, tiene al menos 4 lugares y dado que somos una ubicación en la esquina, hay mucho estacionamiento fuera de la calle. La ubicación es perfecta, estamos a solo 2 millas del centro de la ciudad pero lejos de los rascacielos. A solo unos pasos de la playa. Nuestra playa es enorme, una amplia franja de arena blanca y cristalina. Las actividades cercanas incluyen natación, paseos en bote, surf, parasailing en moto acuática, etc. Tenga en cuenta que tengo un mínimo de 7 noches en verano a partir del Día de los Caídos hasta las 2 semanas de agosto

Plenty of room. Beach access is awesome! The pool was nice to keep kids occupied. If you have a little one a baby gate would be nice but we knew there would be steps. Open area concept was great for family time. Owner was always a text away.

Great location! Lots of room for our group of 16. The owner communicated with us and was always available for anything we needed or questions we had. I absolutely loved the proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend and will use it again in the future!

Excellent location with big rooms!

We loved the easy access to the beach directly across the road. Home was roomy but did need some TLC - mainly cleaning air vents, filters, etc need to repair light switch under house- safety hazard.

Couldn’t have been any better. Bob was great with the communication from the beginning all the way to check in.Had a few “minor” things occur and Bob was on it ASAP! Would definitely go to one of his properties again!

Very clean, very nice place to stay. Has all the space you’ll need and then some. We were kind of worried about a shared pool but all of the other tenants who shared it with us were so respectful and wonderful. I would definitely book this property again!

Mom and daughter’s spring break

This was perfect for our mom and daughter’s week long get away! Loved how easy it was to walk over to the beach! The rooms were large and the kitchen dining area was perfect to all hang together during meal time and game nights! Would love to do another family vacation here!

We had a great stay at this house. It was very roomy and very clean. And just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The owner was there to greet us and very friendly.

We had a great time at this place! We just walk to the beach and had a great time. Rooms are clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beach chairs are bonus! Thank you!

Nice place!

We stayed here last week. It is a really nice place. Close to the beach and has a shared pool. We had 13 people staying here and had plenty of room. There were just enough amenities to get you through until you get to a store. In the storage room there were beach chairs and water toys available, which was really nice. The owner is great to work with. He responded to any issues immediately. Everyone we met at the place was very friendly. We all had a great time and would love to go back again!

Location to beach is excellent! Awesome pool! Love the living,kitchen,dining layout! Very spacious!

Nice house, location and stay! The pool was great to have a swim with the ‘littles’ who were scared of the ocean. Really enjoyed Gulfshores.

Great location but found bed bugs

Location was great! Literally right across the street from the beach. Able to access the beach easily and walk back up to the house when we needed to. Parking under the house was easy & having a pool right behind the house was wonderful. We did find bed bugs and notified the owner immediately. The owner sent an exterminator out within about 2 hours who confirmed the presence of bed bugs and sprayed the rooms but said the house would need to be fumigated and that would require us to vacate for 4 hours but no one ever came to fumigate and no one ever reached back out to us about when they would be coming to fumigate. Also the house in this picture is not the #3 condo which is what we were told we rented. The house in the photo is the house beside the house that was rented to us. I know for a fact because the railings on the balconies in this photo have metal white railings and the house we stayed in had unsafe cords for railings which were mostly loose and needed to be tightened. So the balconies were an unsafe area for children to be in my opinion. The splash pad photo is very outdated. The splash pad does not have all those pieces but was sufficient for our children. Also almost all the pool chairs were broken in some form. There was a cable box under the house with loose cables coming out everywhere. The first night the oven handle came off the oven and we had to tighten it to get it to stay on. The refrigerator was missing more shelves that were actually in the fridge.

Great location but needs some maintenance

My family composed of 11 enjoyed the location very much. The view of the ocean and short walk to the beach was awesome. The pool was an added bonus since the beach was closed for three days of our trip. A few negatives: the property needed some upkeep. The door to the first floor balcony was loosing its rubber edging, the outside shower had a broken lock and shower head, many of the pool chairs were broken or in poor condition and a couple of the bed mattresses were uncomfortable. My granddaughter found a live cockroach crawling on her. The floor plan was great and provided plenty of room. Also, the owner had just turned over the house to a rental company. I received conflicting information from both: different lock codes, different times to arrive and different info about what to do with bedsheets and dishes when we left. There was also a notebook with information about those same things and a sheet of paper on the wall in the kitchen with information. All conflicting and inconsistent. Hopefully this will all be taken care of. To conclude, it’s a lovely house for a large group with a pool and great access to the beach. I would still recommend it despite the negatives.

Great Location and Reasonable Price

We looked around A LOT for something affordable and close to the beach. Access to the beach was amazing and although not the beach, it was a great cost effective choice to be across from an access point. End of march, the pool was way too cold so we shouldn't have factored that into the decision. Out of 9 very brave kids, only 2 got in and for less than 5 min. In the summer I'm sure it'd be great. Also very close to a walking path that goes by docks to make the intercoastal accessible for fishing.

Winter holiday beach stay

We had a great time during our new year”s trip. We had 17 staying at the house and we had no issues. The location is great and the walk across the street to the beautiful beach was easy. You can see the ocean from the balcony and we enjoyed time there when it was warm enough. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate most meals at the house and didn’t need the extra cooking items we brought. The posting was accurate and the house was beautiful. Check-in was simple. Would love to go back to enjoy the house in the summer!

Family vacation 2023

We love the Gulf Shores area and have vacationed there many years . This house was in a perfect location with easy beach access for all Members of our family . We had three generations with us on this trip and the layout and bedrooms were great for all of us . Beautiful views from the balcony. Owner was great for communication and answering all our questions . There are a few things in the home that need attention that we communicated to the owner .

perfect location

Everything was great, it was a very nice vacation with friends, the house is perfect, excellent location, the only problem is the beds. I think that when you go on vacation you sleep in good beds and the beds are very damaged. Thank you bob carden
