Upon entry to the main floor of Traditions, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room overlooking an expansive waterfront deck. The main floor also offers a powder room right off the kitchen and a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, guests will find 2 more king suites with en suite bathrooms as well as another master suite and bathroom. The third floor upstairs includes a loft with 2 queen beds and a bathroom accessed from the hallway, a guest room with 2 twin beds, and another guest room with 2 queen beds. Important notes: The elevator does not access the top floor. The bedroom with two twin beds on the top floor does not have a closet. You can park 3 full-size vehicles and 3 compact to mid-size vehicles at this home.

Boat slip: Boat slip #12 is assigned to Traditions. The rental cost is $39 per day. The dimensions are 10x35. The boat lift is an IMM Platinum Series Piling Mounted Lift with 20k capacity. The hull bunks are 20' long. The lift will accommodate a V-Hull boat up to 39' with 4 outboard motors. Boat trailers must be parked off-site at a location of your choosing as trailer parking is prohibited onsite.
