The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the rear can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful in this section. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a diverse range of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.

A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): Guests have free access to a small wellness area in the building, featuring two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room. The saunas are available daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

It accommodates 2–3 people for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea right by the water. You can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea from almost anywhere in this apartment. The charmingly furnished living room features a cozy seating area with a sofa (sleeping area: 135 x 210) and a flat-screen TV. The dining area and kitchenette—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.—are open-concept and integrated into the rear section of the living room. From the covered balcony, you can't only see the sea but also smell it. The bedroom, which also offers a lake view, is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), ample closet space, and an additional flat-screen TV. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink/toilet. In addition, an infrared sauna is available to guests in the bathroom.
