The brightly decorated living room features a cozy sitting area (with a pull-out bed), as well as a flat-screen TV and radio. A modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dining area for up to 4 people is integrated into the living room. On the northwest-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard, guests can relax and wind down at the end of the day. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses and ample closet space; the bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. As a special bonus, guests of this apartment have free use of a beach chair on the beach, depending on the season. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.
