Centrally located, so you and your family can walk to all the restaurants, bars, marina, attractions, Pier 60 and family fun activities that Clearwater has to offer. Free uncovered parking for up to 3 cars! Instead of being stuck in traffic or fighting for a parking space, you and yours can be relaxing and enjoying your vacation.

Private dock with fishing gear included. Why be bored in a hotel room when you can be fishing or setting crab traps and enjoying a cocktail from the expansive palm tree paradise backyard? Or, soaking in the brand new in ground pool. You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets from the dock and say hello to the dolphins that often swim by. We also include 2 kayaks so you can go explore the nearby sand bar/ Bird Key Island.

When will walk inside you will find:

-Living room with sectional sofa and 70” TV. Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Wonderful stay. The hosts were very responsive and the property was very clean and as represented in the listing. The polar vortex made the first week a little chilly but things warmed up and we very much enjoyed the rest of the month. Highly recommended. BLH.

Great house and location in clearwater beach. Hosts were very accessible and made the process easy. The pool table room came in handy for everyone. Perfect setup for our family of five.

Beautiful home in great location

Location was perfect - on a quiet street but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved being on the canal and using the provided paddle boards. The house is well stocked. Highly recommend!

Great Place

The house was perfect for our family group. The pool is awesome, we saw dolphins in the canal. The location is close to dining, shopping and activities. The host were great to work with and made the stay a pleasant experience. We will keep this house on our preferred list of places to stay again.

Great stay!

The house was perfect and all the amenities were great! The pool, the paddle boards, the kayaks, the fishing gear, the crab traps, and the pool table kept us entertained the whole trip. The layout was great for a family of 8. Highly recommended this property! Communication with the host was excellent. We will be back 😊

Amazing home

This house was beyond amazing. It was well stocked with everything you would need for a week long stay. The pool, tiki and dock were the highlight of the trip- that is where we spent most of our time. We did some fishing from the dock and even saw a couple dolphins swimming around! The sunsets are incredible from the tiki hut- we will sure miss this house.

family getaway

we stayed for a week over memorial day weekend. Great location, we walked to dinner at Opal Sands, JW Marriott and a few others. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, watching the dolphins and playing board games provided by the host. This is a wonderful property for family gatherings (small). There is no closet in the room with the king size bed, but there is a large dresser so you can unpack, just not hang things in that space.

House with a pool oasis!

I recently had the pleasure of renting this three-bedroom home and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. What made this stay truly exceptional was the outstanding assistance provided by Adrianna, the property manager. From the moment I inquired about the property, Adrianna was incredibly responsive and helpful. She promptly answered all of my questions and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the property itself. The three-bedroom home was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. The open-concept living area and well-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. But the real highlight of the home is the pool area along with Tiki hut and hammock. The pool was a true oasis. It was well-maintained, and sits right on the channel where you can see boats go by while swimming. Adrianna provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and nearby activities. In addition to the exceptional property and Adrianna's incredible assistance, the location of this rental was perfect. Clearwater Beach, with its powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters, was just a short walk away! The house is perfect for groups of 4-6 people and I can't wait to return.

Incredible location and property

The photos absolutely do not do this place justice. Saw dolphins while paddling and swimming just off the backyard!! Would absolutely stay again. Book this place quick before it is all snapped up!

Great spot!

This is a great house in a great location. The pictures really don't do it justice. You are greeted by beautiful views of the intercoastal as soon as you enter. The house has a great open floorplan, but you will probably spend most of the time in the backyard or on the dock. We even saw dolphins sitting out there. The neighborhood is quiet, but you are within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beaches, and most attractions. Adriana was very quick to respond to communications too. I would definitely rent again!

Wonderful property and location!

The pictures do not do this property justice! This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location! The check-in process was very easy. We were able to get in early. I just sent a email to Adriana and she checked it out and they were able to get the cleaners in early. That was really nice so we didn't have to drag our luggage around. Adriana was really good with getting back to us in a timely manner. There is a Trolley close by that goes to St. Pete's Beach and other locations. We took the Trolley to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin, which I suggest. Great towns with shops and restaurants. It's $5 for a day pass for the Trolley and you can hop on and off. In regards to the house, it was great for 3 couples. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen chairs were comfortable and there was plenty of room. They have plenty of pots and pans. They even have a bullet blender, Instant pot/pressure cooker, and popcorn maker. We caught crab and fish in the canal and saw dolphin's multiple times throughout the week. There was plenty of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice because some VRBO's do not provide this throughout the stay. The view of the canal is so pretty early in the morning and evening and the dock was great! We sat out there a lot and it was great that fishing poles were provided. We caught crabs with the crab baskets that were provided. We had crab dinner on Friday night. The dock lights at night allowed us to see the fish swim by. Getting around was easy. We could walk everywhere so you don't even need a car. There is a Publix very close but not close enough that you could walk with groceries. Uber's are everywhere though. Pier 60 is just two blocks away. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!
