Located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach - beauty, tranquility and privacy abound in this spacious 4 bedroom town home nestled in our world renowned beach resort community!

This specious property has enough beds to sleep 14 (includes sofa sleeper). So many amenities including a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A balcony with breathtaking water views and just a short walk to the white sandy beach!! Sit out at the pier and fish or watch the dolphins approach daily. Private boat slip available at no additional charge.

This 4 bed/4 bath townhome is immaculate, equipped with everything you need for a your beach vacation. A private elevator (additional $100 fee required for use) takes you up and down all 3 floors where you will find tall ceilings, abundant living space and tasteful furnishings. Full size washer and dryer are included at the property for your use.

The spacious master bedroom has one of the best views in the home, completed by a master bath with his & hers sinks and large double-head shower. Relax in your open, modern living room or take in the waterfront breeze on the outdoor deck or patio just steps away.

Relax in the heated pool on property. A private garage sits underneath the property with enough room for a full sized pickup truck. Some beach amenities (strollers, wagon, beach toys, snorkel, masks) are made available to guests but are not guaranteed as part of rental agreement,

The multi-level home is ideal for vacationers with children or when some guests turn in earlier than others. The home layout is as follows. First floor: garage, bunk bed room (sleeps three), attached full bath, back patio with gas grill and outdoor seating. Second Floor: Kitchen, dining and living area (with pull out couch) , guest bedroom (queen bed) with attached full bath, balcony is off living room. Third Floor: Master bedroom (king bed) with attached full bath and guest bedroom (queen bed) with attached full bath.

When you’re ready to spend the day or night around Clearwater Beach, you’re only a few minute walk to the beach, top-rated local restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainment.

Stay was excellent, rooms were spacious and clean. Great basement room with A/C for the kids. I’ve stayed in most of the 620 Bayway townhouses and this one is by far superior of the others. Large enough for 10 to fit comfortably.

Wonderful accommodations!

We were very impressed with this townhome! It was clean with plenty of space and a great location. You can walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and the beach. Eric is wonderful to work with. We were very satisfied and highly recommend staying here on your next vacation!

Fabulous property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. Location was fabulous! Restaurants, excursions, beach and all fun activities were within a walking distance. We would love to come back soon!

Girls trip 2024

9 women decided on a girls trip to celebrate special birthdays that happened during COVID. Better late than never! We had a fantastic time. Location was convenient to so many places you could walk to. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. The host, Eric, was so responsive and accommodating especially with early and late check in. Thank you Eric!! I’d definitely rent here again.

Clean and spacious

The place was easy to get to, nice room to park, rooms are clean and good sized. The bunk room was a bit odd to go through the garage to get to. I am sure teenagers would love it but it was a bit too far from the other rooms for the little kids. We made it work and loved the location to stores, restaurants, and the beach!

we rented this house last minute because our original vacation was planned for fort myers beach & we couldn’t be happier with the location. A little bit of a walk from pier 60 but the house came with a wagon that was perfect for our toddler.

Clearwater condo

Overall a great place. It was about a 8 min walk to the beach which was farther then I expected but totally manageable. Its on the quieter side of clearwater but a 10-15 min walk to the pier and busier part of clearwater. It was across the street from a gas station which was very convenient. Keep in mind you need to buy paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags because they only supply enough to get your started. We saw dolphins right off the dock every day. The pool was clean and warm. There were boogie boards, pool floats, sand toys and two strollers for use. The beach wagon was unfortunately broken. We bought an umbrella and beach chairs that we left there for the next guests.

Clearwater getaway

We really enjoyed this property's space. We had 2 families with 5 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was comfortable. My only takeaway was that yes, you can walk to the beach. But with kids and needing to haul a lot to the beach, it's a bit farther than I would like. But we were able to just drive and pay to park at the beach. The beach was super clean. Overall, we would consider this location again. Thanks for a great trip!

Summer vacation

Property itself was in a good location and was nice. Unfortunately, the week we were there, a roofing company was replacing the roof..... had to watch workers climbing up and down ladders obstructing view over our balcony, various items dropping from roof, watching for nails left over in driveway, loud music and early wake ups compliments of roofers. We also struggled with roofing trucks blocking what limited parking there already was. Would have appreciated a heads up from the owners that roof replacing was a possibility during that week, as we might have looked at other places to stay (mandatory notice on door of rental gave date range that replacement would occur) We were also greeted with two large overflowing trash cans at the front door upon arrival. The biggest disappointment was not being given the information regarding roof replacement upon booking or given a call when the dates were known of possible replacement, so myself and my family could have decided if that was something we were ok with dealing with on our once a year vacation.

Wonderful Host

Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating! The property was clean and spacious! The apartment on the bottom floor was a nice addition to allow for more privacy for older kids. The beach was a short walk and all nearby dining was delicious! Recommend Crabbys on dockside for the best food and service!
