Brunshauptener Mühle WE 6: quaint and cozy 3-room apartment in a mill

In this vacation rental, you’ll stay right inside the historic windmill—a listed building that has been extensively renovated—featuring plenty of half-timbering and exposed wooden beams!

This quaint and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 64 m²) on the 1st and 2nd floors (accessible via an interior staircase) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality oak parquet; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The inviting and very cozy living/dining room (in the basement) features a separate seating area with 2 comfortable couches, armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and various dressers. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 30 m² rooftop terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and various benches. Here, you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with digital radio, CD player, and USB port.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom (upstairs) is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a dresser, a chair, and a large wall mirror.

The separate, additional 2nd bedroom (on the upper floor) features a comfortable single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a bedside lamp, and a small desk with a chair.

The inviting bathroom (with natural light / window) in the basement features a modern glass-enclosed shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a bathroom shelf, a stool, a hair dryer, and plenty of storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes on the coat rack with a shoe rack in the spacious entryway of the apartment.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 6) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate, lockable bike shed (No. 6). If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete bedding—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.

Rentals are not available from November 1 through March 31 of each year.
