Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club

Harbor Towers Yate y Racquet Club se encuentra en el canal intercostal en Siesta Key en Sarasota, Florida. Desde el puerto deportivo se puede pescar o relajarse y leer un buen libro mientras mira el tráfico de barcos pasar desde su cómodo asiento en el mirador o un banco al borde del agua. Las hermosas playas del golfo están convenientemente ubicados en toda la calle.

Harbor Towers cuenta con hermosos jardines tropicales, un puerto de aguas profundas que pueden acomodar embarcaciones de hasta 50 pies de largo, y dos magníficas piscinas (adultos y niños). Tenis se juega en nuestras tres canchas Har-Tru justo al lado del canal intercostal. Si te gusta un entrenamiento enérgico podrá disfrutar de nuestro gimnasio con aparatos de gimnasia del estado de la técnica.

Nuestra unidad es una de las mejores vistas en el edificio. Se encuentra ubicado en el quinto piso con vista al mar.

Harbor Towers es un edificio seguro que requiere la entrada a todas las puertas con la fob especiales dadas únicamente a los propietarios e invitados. Se proporciona la seguridad de la noche y las puertas de entrada automáticas asegurar los motivos en todo momento.

Después de una visita al puerto de yates Torres y Racquet Club tendrá que volver todos los años!

Beach is within walking distance ,Bay outback, and Trolley stop on site. Condo is very clean and comfortable , host gets back to you quickly,loved our stay will definitely book again.

Just a trolley ride to many restaurants and downtown Sarasota. The Lobster Pot was a favorite along with Another Broken Egg. Easy laundry down the hall and garbage removal.

Great stay!

Very nice condo, with great views on the gulf and sunsets. Nice updated kitchen. Everything is functional, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas. Would book this unit again.

Great place great location

This is a lovely property very comfortable and well equipped. The complex is close to Siesta Key beaches the best of which for us was Turtle beach at the south of the island. Its quieter there and the coastline is more interesting. It also has a great view of the bay at the rear where we spent many an evening watching the wildlife as the sun went down. Christine, the owner was easy to deal with responding to e mails quickly and contactable by phone at any time. We had a truly fantastic time and would definitely look to rent here again.

The condo has some very nice updates. Beds are very comfortable, water pressure is good. Its a nice location. Very manicured grounds, great security. . Some areas could be updated. Slider has a torn screen, some small kitchen appliances are pretty ancient. I had rented and paid for three weeks. After the six night I had a terrible loss, one of my sons had passed away. Up until this point the owner was super. But wanted nothing to do with returning any money or even offering a two week stay at some other time. I thought I had insurance but it only covered if you couldn’t go at all.

Prima appartement. In werkelijkheid was het beter dan wat op de foto's stond. Dus positief. Helaas werd er aan het pand gewerkt. Ramen werden vervangen en de buitenwanden opnieuw gestuucd en plaatsen bevestigd. Dit wisten wij niet vantevoren. Toch een prima verblijf gehad. Centraal gelegen. Gratis trolly, Frog hop en taxi Jonny naat the Village Volgend jaar zeker weer

Fantastic Stay

Christine's place was very welcoming and warm. I had to be in town for a surgical procedure and was looking for a location that was comfortable and homey vs a stiff IKEA feel type property. This place didn't disappoint. It felt as if I was in someone's home vs a hotel (just what we wanted) and what we visualize VRBO's to be. The grounds were amazing, pool was huge and not crowded. The gulf view from the condo can't be beat! The Condo's have places to sit in the front to face the gulf, or the back on the bay side. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises based on your desire and comfortable places to sit. Christine also provided a very detailed document with guidance for the stay and was very responsive when we had a question. The island free trolley made it super easy to get into the Village and not have to worry about parking. Trolley stop was right in front of the Condo... Overall great stay for our family and if we ever go back, we would love to stay here again. Thanks Christine.....

Very nice place

This condo is extremely nice and comfortable. Christina is incredibly responsive. Very nice and safe condo building. Nicely equipped gym, and the pool was very clean with nice chairs/tables. It was fairly crowded, but we were there over spring break. The main helpful clarification is that this condo building does not have direct beach access, so you have to walk about 12-15 minutes to the public beach access or drive 5 minutes/park in the free parking lot, which filled up by about 11:00am. Again, we were there during spring break, and the lot is huge, so it is probably more open during other parts of the year. Overall, we enjoyed this condo unit very much.

Beautiful Siesta Key Vacation

The owner was a great communicator. Property description and other reviews are right on. Lovely sunsets from the lanai or beach. Great hat-tru tennis courts. This complex is not as luxurious as some nearby, but for the price and what you get, we thought it was a very good deal and you can’t beat the location. Nice to go to its pool and inter-coastal waterway lounge chairs too.

Just wanted to thank Christine for giving us the opportunity to stay at her property. 3 weeks before our arrival she emailed us the particulars about the property. All the information was accurate and helpful. The condo is well situated near walkable Sarasota Beach. If you need to drive to the beach parking is free, however you need to go early to get a space. Free trolley to village just outside with stops at the beach and many restaurants and shops including grocery and liquor store at the village. No car needed but helpful if you want to visit other areas. The condo has everything you need. The pool was great and has plenty of shade for people in need. Use of grills just near pool have seating available. The best part was watching parade of boats on weekend. We would definitely return.

This was exactly what we needed! The views are stunning, the living area is very inviting and made myself and my husband feel like were at home. The kitchen with its new updates was like being at home. The bedrooms are nice and cozy and made it really easy to get comfortable and relax, which is what we were looking for! We hated to leave but we will come back and will completely recommend this condo to family and friends! Over all the best experience we've ever had with renting a condo!

My wife and I, stayed at Christine's 2 bedroom condo, for our honeymoon. From the moment we open the door, both of us, we're smiling, ear to ear. Gave you the WOW factor. We were delighted on how the condo look. We started with Master bedroom, beautiful view, very clean, big king size bed, with beautiful sheets and covers. The carpet was very clean, comfortable to walk on, not old, no black marks. Master bedroom has huge walk in closet, plenty of space to hang clothes. The living room, and table, also very clean and comfortable, with big screen TV, with very beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees.The 2nd bedroom also very clean and comfortable with 2 seperate extra long twin beds. Also carpet is clean and comfortable to walk on. Also has great view. The kitchen was clean, very charming, stunning kitchen back splash panels, nice clean and big referator, oven, utensils, plates, glasses, all provided. Christine was very helpful and kind, very responsive to our phone calls and emails. We plan to rent here again in the future. We are so very happy how Christine treated us, the honeymoon never ended. We plan to tell our family and friends to rent from Christine in the future.

Needs major updating especially carpets

Renters beware! The condo has 80% carpeting which is old and "black" along the walls. Cleaning issues also due to negligence. In hindsight, should have walked away. Definitely do not bring children into this environment for health concerns. Other issues also. The owner became very combative and vindictive when this was mentioned upon our departure.which then resulted in lies and slander of my family. A nightmare! Please take pictures before and after using any condo to protect yourself as we did (thankfully) because you never know what you may be falsely accused of damaging. Many beautiful condos in this complex that are well maintained. Please choose carefully. Your vacation should not leave you exhausted or untrusting of being caught up in false accusations and claims! Beware!
