It was rough the first night as the AC wasn’t working correctly! Warm in Fl. In July!! Repairman came the next day! Condo clean but needs some updating.

Great place to stay! Mosquitos are terrrrible though.

This was a pretty great place to stay, we really enjoyed it! However, the mosquitos are quite bad on the bay side (which is where this place is located). Just something to consider! We were covered in bug bites the first day. Also, it is a decent walk to the public Siesta beach. There are a few amenities that the place offers that are not listed on the booking page - a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner, beach towels, some sun lotions, fishing rods, and some beach gear (chairs, umbrella). This was a huge plus for us, as we were pleasantly surprised by these! Would definitely stay here again!

Got the job done

It got the job done for the low-budget price. The property was clean, but the pictures online were deceiving. The appliances, decor, and furniture were severely outdated. Kudos to the owner for very prompt service - the air conditioner was broken when we arrived late at night and it was fixed within 12 hours. The walk to the beach was doable, but longer than anticipated - a solid 15-20 minutes. The view of the bay was really pretty, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the pool was excellent. Overall it was great for a few nights and we would return.

Siesta Keys

Everything was good. No issues property is a little dated but the beaches are nice and it is close to a lot of restaurants and also Lido beach was only 20 mins away great central place to stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing the pool on site was great we enjoyed ourselves a lot great 2 weeks

Good stay

Cute location with the bay and docks behind the condos. Everything was pretty good. Our only gripe was that the place is a little bit dirty. Floors made our feet dirty, and the furniture/ appliances could use an update. Also, in the listing it says "minutes from the beach", it should say minutes drive, not a walk. We were surprised to see everything directly in front of the condos were private beaches.

Springbreaking

The property was beautiful and we loved the dock. It was further to beach access than we expected, but it wasnt too bad. We'll definitely be back!

Great Property and Location

Nice, well-maintined condo in a convenient location in Siesta Key. Unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to Milton, but owner was excellent to work with and will definitely look for this property on our next trip to Siesta.

Excellent unit in great location

The property has a holiday feel. It’s well presented and has everything you need. The position is excellent backing onto the bay side of Siesta Key with great views of the bay from the lanai. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening watching the dolphins and manatee from the small fishing pier close to the property. Christine was easy to deal with and responded quickly. It’s a really nice place and we would definitely stay there again.

We really appreciated our stay here, the flat kept us safe and dry during hurricane Debbie when every other lots were flooded. It was perfect for the rest of the trip, going to the nearby beach or just chilling in cool AC.

Superbes vacances

Beau condo bien situé. Petit et un peu vieillot, mais le fait d’avoir une vue magnifique à l’arrière compense très bien. La plage est de l’autre côté de Midnight Pass Road, on peut prendre le trolley pour s’y rendre ou marcher. Christine répond très rapidement si on a un questionnement. Exemple: la sécheuse ne fonctionnait pas. Je lui ai écrit et le lendemain, un réparateur réglait le problème. Alors nos 2 enfants et nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à Siesta Key, merci Christine!

Fantastic!

You will want for nothing at Joe's place. From dishes/towels/cooler/beach chairs/beach bags and more. Beautiful condo facing the bay along with a fantastic, enclosed, porch. Trolly is right there too! Close to everything and there is a nice pool. Highly recommended! Thanks Joe!

Great location loved our stay

The view from the condo is amazing The location is perfect We totally enjoyed sitting on the dock every evening watching the boats go by, the dolphin playing and the manatee Definitely going to stay there again!!!

The major problem here is that this property does not match its description in terms of location and Expedia/VRBO mislead you with false location if the property on the map. We found it out too late, so upon return i notified VRBO right away, asking to correct it on the site, so no one else would get fooled and overpay for this property based on location factor. VRBO ignored my request to update the info, not even mentioning reimbursement, 6 months have passed, so i am filing complaint to TICO, in the meantime just want to warn fellows Canadians about yet again VRBO mistreat to Canadians.
