Esta casa está en un vecindario tranquilo en Ft. Playa Myers Ubicado en medio de la isla, a 1 cuadra del acceso a la playa. Dos dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina abierta, sala de estar con techos abovedados y comedor en el nivel superior. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito, el piso de arriba tiene pisos de baldosas, pintura en alegres colores de playa, luz de última generación para ese ambiente especial, ducha con azulejos, muebles bonitos, cómodos colchones de espuma viscoelástica y más.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en un excelente vecindario seguro para caminar. Está a 5 minutos a pie de la parada del tranvía de la playa en Mid-island Laundry and Car Wash. Cruz Estero Blvd. en el cruce peatonal adyacente a la lavandería, justo al punto de acceso a la playa.

Pasee por la playa y mire el amanecer o el atardecer, recoja conchas (lea las regulaciones en la entrada de acceso a la playa) y deténgase en el famoso bar tiki en el Outrigger Resort para tomar una bebida fría.

Tome un corto viaje hacia el sur hasta el área de Santini Plaza, donde encontrará varios restaurantes y bares.

Great place

The house was perfect for me and my wife. A short 5 minute walk to beach access. Gary was a great host. Real easy to talk with and not hard to reach out to him to answer any of our questions. Even gave us several good restaurant recommendations. Property had everything we needed. Ready to settle in and enjoy our time.

Schönes Ferienhaus nahe Strand

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Garys Haus. Es ist sehr gut, mit allem was man braucht, eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir genossen jeweils unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Der Strand ist zu Fuss ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Im Haus gibt es Strandstühle, Schirme und Strandtücher. Momentan ist Fort Myers Beach noch an den Aufbau- und Aufräumarbeiten nach dem Hurricane Ian und die meisten Restaurants und Bars sind noch geschlossen. Ein Supermarkt Publix hat es in der Nähe und ist wieder offen.

Gepflegtes und bestens ausgestattetes Objekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Von der Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, einfacher check-in, alles vorhanden was man benötigt bis zum Zustand des Hauses selbst. Alles perfekt. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden hier auf jeden Fall nochmal Urlaub machen.

Great time

We had a great trip - swam in the pool, walked to the beach and shelled. We caught mangrove snapper, lady fish, catfish and snook off the back dock. The owners great and responsive- we will stay here again.

Celebrated our 38th wedding Anniversary

Gary’s home is very pretty. Furniture in living room and bedroom are very comfortable. Kitchen has all you need. Did not grill out but I believe it’s a charcoal grill. Pool was very refreshing as well as the spa. Very close walk to the beach. Beach toys for my granddaughter who visited and plenty of beach towels. Morning coffee on the deck and a perfect vacation

Great house!

We had a fantastic time at Gary’s house. The house is super clean, tastefully furnished, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood, just two blocks from the beach access, and a very short drive to a Publix supermarket. Gary is a great host; communicating with him was very easy and all his instructions were clear.This house will be our first choice when we get back to Estero island!

Perfect!

Everything about this home was perfect for us. We had an amazing vacation, from catching snook and seeing dolphins in the canal, walking to the beach for sunsets and early morning shelling. Late night dinners and drinks on the upper deck. We cannot wait to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gary's Estero Island home. Great mid island location away from the busy north island scene, though still convenient to all that Ft. Myers Beach has to offer. A well furnished, comfortable rental with a great pool and hot tub. Highly reccommended!

VERY nice vacation rental a true VRBO

Wow! What a nice vacation rental. Clean and well-kept! It's clear that the owners take great care to make sure their property is well maintained. The property had nice furniture, good beds, with nice quality towels (Calvin Klein) and bed linens (Ralph Lauren). They also supplied the little things that make your stay just that much nicer like decent toilet paper, kleenex in the bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. The kitchen was supplied with a nice role (meaning good quality) of paper towel, a number of paper plates (in addition to the well-supplied dishes and kitchen utensils), plastic wrap, waxed paper, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, etc. Essentially, this rental had all of the little items you need while on vacation, but don't want to buy a whole container of for only a week's stay at the beach. The pool and hot tub were great and the hot tub was plenty warm at 100 degrees. The enclosure around the pool offered nice privacy along with great views of the canal. Nice washer and dryer and the property overall was exactly as pictured (clean and up-to-date decor). Quite neighborhood nice for walking. We would certainly rent this property again in the future. The owners were great and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to rent this VRBO without worry.

Paradise mid-island

The perfect getaway. Beautiful little property close enough to everything! Private pool and spa were a major selling point! All the amenities of home in a cute little canal front property, just a quick walk to the beach. Had coffee at sunrise every day on the back deck. Plenty of room throughout and very comfortable furniture and beds. Gary, the owner, was easily accessible for any questions.

Family friendly getaway

Convenient location to Publix and the beach. We could hear the church bells and we were able to walk to Catholic Church on Sunday. Beach access very close and the pool/hot tub was amazing! Neighbors friendly on all sides. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, the house was just as described! We would definitely stay again.

Home from home

Lovely property with all the facilities you will need, clean, bright and homely, comfy beds too. Nice quiet street but 5 minutes walk from the beach. The property is well equipped with essentials including beach chairs etc. Really couldn’t fault it. Communication from Gary was quick, friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.
