Beach Sanctuary Condo ha sido actualizado recientemente! Hermosas vistas del Golfo y relajación le esperan en el Estero Beach and Tennis club. Disfrute del café de la mañana o una copa de vino al atardecer desde el balcón mientras observa los pelícanos y otras aves playeras. ¡También puedes atrapar a los delfines nadando!

El balcón da a un santuario de aves y tortugas, lo que le da nombre a nuestro condominio. Esta área de la playa, aunque es muy transitada, es mucho más tranquila que los puntos al norte.

Hay siete millas de playa virgen para descubrir. Disfrute del tiempo sentado en la playa con un libro o una caminata recogiendo las muchas variedades de conchas en el camino: los dólares de arena son siempre una sorpresa divertida.

Directamente al otro lado de la calle encontrará una variedad de restaurantes y tiendas si desea quedarse cerca. Disfrute de algunos de los excelentes mariscos y pescados frescos de Fort Myers Beach. Si desea aventurarse, hay muchas otras opciones al norte hacia Times Square en el centro de Fort Myers Beach, así como al sur hacia Bonita Springs y Naples.

Nos complace proporcionarle ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, toallas de playa, sombrillas y refrigeradores. En caso de que quiera quedarse adentro, hay libros, juegos y un televisor de 50 pulgadas con cable, Netflix y Amazon Prime (para aquellos con cuentas). Wi-Fi de alta velocidad está disponible para su uso durante su estancia. También tendrá acceso a la piscina al aire libre y las canchas de tenis.

** Los alquileres de temporada (mediados de diciembre hasta abril) requieren una estadía de sábado a sábado.

Our unit was very nice, great view and we were very happy with all the furnishings. (kitchen furnishings & beach furnishings). Even had a small cooler that we used daily on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Pickleball, beach, pool and lovely sunsets! Not a ton of restaurants open but Publixs was close by! Super relaxing!

Relaxing beach stay

Room was perfect for two people. Not really a separate bedroom more of a separate large area for the bed and night stands and adjoining large bathroom. But not having a separate walled off room creates a wide open spacious feeling with lots of magnificent water views from wherever you were in the unit. Gina was great at responding to questions and checked in with us several times to make sure we were fine and didn’t need anything. Condo was the most well stocked we’ve ever stayed in using VRBO. The complex was still undergoing renovations after hurricane Ian, as was the area, but we didn’t mind that except for no pool or hot tub. It was nice to have the crowds be less because of things not being open. Gina had warned us about the pool being closed before we went so it wasn’t a surprise. Looking forward to returning some time when everything is back in full swing. Gina gave us a good list of recommended restaurants, and the ones we visited did not disappoint. But we were also happy to eat a lot of meals in the condo using the well stocked and recently renovated kitchen. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out and we saw dolphins (binoculars provided!!) and a number of gorgeous sunsets. In the late evenings we enjoyed the smart TV which we could use to log into all of our favorite streaming services. All in all the most relaxing two weeks we have had in a long time!!

Perfect beach getaway

We were very happy with Eric and Gina’s condo. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until very late at night. We were worried about the check in process being nighttime but it couldn’t have been easier. When we opened the door to the condo it was perfect. It smelled clean and WAS clean. I can tell you we have rented through VRBO more times than I can count. Sometimes you wonder how people received their high rating. That’s not the case here. It is everything the listing and reviews say it is. When the sun came up the next morning we were so happy with the ocean view! The condo is on a quiet section of the street and away from all the busyness down the road but close enough to get to the activities if you wish. The walk to the beach was very short and easy. It was perfect. Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo!

Loved the location and quietness of the condo and private beach. The owners, Gina & Eric, were very easy to get in touch with throughout the reservation and stay/departure, which was very much appreciated. The condo was just enough room for my husband and me. The only negative comments of the condo was that the shower/tub drained very slow and a couple of items needed to be cleaned a little better. The pool was closed one day only for some reason and one of the elevators was out of order-again, one day only. Those things happen. All-in-all, we enjoyed the convenience and neatness of the condo and facilities.

Breathtaking View

Condo has breathtaking views just as listed. Gina responded right away when we had any questions and check in and out was very easy. The grounds are kept up beautifully. Pool was wonderful. My husband and I had a great time. Only thing I would mention is Gina said they are replacing mattress which we agree needs done and couch was not extremely comfortable either. While these two things could have been better, they still didn’t take away from the views, walking right out to the beach and pool. Very friendly atmosphere and place.

Fantastic week!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Check in was a breeze. Communication with our guest host was fantastic. The entire property is well maintained. The condo is just like the online photos. Location was ideal for us. Santini Marina has stores, restaurants, marina right across the street. Would definitly go back!

Stop scrolling and book this condo asap!

This condo was perfection from the moment we got there! The location is away from the hustle and bustle of spring breakers and the view was even better than the pictures. We loved our morning coffee on the bistro style table and chairs on the balcony and the sunsets were spectacular! We were pleased with the cleanliness and working with Gina was effortless. This was a perfect 10 for us and we definitely plan to return to this lovely condo and fun beach area! The owners have a gem here and it was truly a relaxing vacation in the best spot on Fort Meyers Beach!

The condo was everything that was advertised as and as I expected. I arrived in the area before the 400pm check in and had gotten a message from the owners that the unit was ready. Very clean and comfortable and well supplied. The owners also reached out to me to see if I needed anything during my stay. Everything as I stated was as I expected and as was advertised.

Wonderful week at the beach

The condo was clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful especially at sunset. There’s a short, easy walk to the beach on a paved walkway. We loved the plaza across the street. We tried several restaurants and did some shopping. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our week and would go back in a second.

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler tote for the beach, heated outdoor pool, Internet access, books, comfortable bed, clean....Had a wonderful time.

Amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay, the owners were amazing with communicating.. the room was very clean and the view was breathtaking… anything we could possibly need was in the room from beach chairs to coolers, beach towels.. kitchen stocked. Absolutely no complaints, we had a very relaxing vacation.. highly recommend

Great Vacation stay

We found the condo and location to be perfect for what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and was well supplied. The beach was never crowded and we were near a lot of amenities. The hosts were very helpful with whatever we needed. I recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this property. Desirable location - beachfront, less crowded section of island, etc. Unit was well appointed - updated, clean, & every attention to detail. The Hidden Gem

Couldn't of ask for a better place to stay! The owners left us a welcome gift upon arrival,The condo was very clean and organized,had everything you needed for your stay, Location was perfect,over looking the pool, beautiful views of the ocean.We saw 7 Manatees while we was there came right up to the shore line.Saw Dolphins every morning from the balcony.We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to going back!Thanks again for letting me and my husband stay at your condo for the week,it was very much needed!

Beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The building was easy to get in and out, and no keys to mess with for the condo!! The view is beautiful. The condo is very clean! They have everything you could possibly need!! Our only complaint would be the mattress on the bed, it is very soft and you sink into the bed. Otherwise it is a great place!!! The porch furniture is great also!!! Wonderful trip!!

Wonderful Stay

The unit is on the 10th floor with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. We saw dolphins, manatees, egrets and the most amazing sunsets. This is the quieter of the beach close to Wyndham Garden for live music. Santo I plaza is across street with several options for fine dining and casual. The unit was exceptionally clean and the most comfortable bed we have had Great Vacation

We fell in love with this property due to its bright clean look, quiet location on the south end of the island, and gorgeous views of the water, including sunsets from the balcony.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the south end of the island. When downtown Fort Myers beach (aka Times Square) is hopping, you can opt for the party or head south over the bridge through Lovers Key and Bonita Springs for a more laid-back day. The condo is found on a turtle and bird sanctuary, and you’ll see lots of wildlife, including dolphins, on a regular basis. There is something for everyone on the beach so let us know if you need any recommendations for fun and relaxation!
