Comfortable vacation apartment Antonia in Kühlungsborn with terrace and close to the beach

come true in the Antonia apartment, just 200 meters from the pier, right in the heart of
Strandstraße and yet quietly situated in the rear wing of the new Villa Sanssouci building.

It’s not large, but it’s very comfortably—even luxuriously—furnished, so you’ll feel right at home.
Older guests especially love the wide box-spring bed with an adjustable slatted frame.
The beds are made when you arrive. From the comfort of your bed, you can watch TV,
put in a DVD, or listen to music. Roller shades can be used to darken the windows if needed. For
bookworms, there’s sure to be something to read on the large bookshelf. Those particularly interested in art and
culture will find informative materials about the region. CDs and DVDs provide
additional entertainment.

A cozy kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal.
High-quality china makes the food taste even better. The terrace faces west and is quiet and somewhat
shaded by large, old trees. It doesn’t get too hot here in the summer,
but in the evenings, you can sit comfortably and sheltered on the patio when you come home after a long
day at the beach.PGJyPgPGJyPgThe bathroom was thoroughly modernized in 2020 with a walk-in shower and a large
folding mirror. The apartment was partially renovated in May 2025.
You don’t need to bring a hair dryer or iron. Bright and
inviting, the entire apartment is very warmly furnished.

Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic villa in the spa-style architecture and the new building located behind it.

On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries that offer fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.

The central location on Strandstraße also offers a selection of bike rentals in the immediate vicinity.
