Prístino remodelado condominio frente al mar con Travertine Lanai, ducha y piso del baño. El mostrador y el tocador son un hermoso granito de cachemir. La cocina es de vanguardia con congelador de cajones con máquina de hielo y refrigerador de cajones, abriendo la cocina con una maravillosa isla de cocina con vista al océano. La sala de estar está decorada con buen gusto con un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 50 'con acceso a Internet y películas. Un combo de cama / sofá Murphy de primera línea, maximiza el espacio y ofrece un sofá decorativo que se convierte fácilmente en una cama para ver el hermoso paisaje o la televisión. El condominio utiliza luces led que reducen el uso de energía y la temperatura, pero son brillantes y nítidas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size y una pantalla plana articulada de 36 'y unidad de aire acondicionado. Instalamos paneles de vidrio en las ventanas del dormitorio para minimizar el ruido y reducir los costos de energía. More than meets the eye

Unbelievable location on top of the ocean. You are part of a complex, but this home seems private and secluded as it sits off to the side of the pool. The sound of waves is incessant. Morning on the Lanai is heaven and sunsets are peaceful and cool once the sun begins to near horizon. The home has perfect touches: giant sliders that open Lanai to the home; unbelievable shower; quiet bedroom; well-equipped kitchen. We were excited about staying here, but this home exceeded expectations.

Gorgeous view

The view alone is worth it! It was absolutely spectacular. We could see the sunset every night from the lanai. We could see sea turtles in the water from the condo. We didn't discover the binoculars until the last day, but what a great amenity!! I will recommend this to anybody I know is going to Maui!! I would come back just to stay in this place!!!

Loved the view! Quiet early morning sites of the water and boats. Beautiful sunsets!! And the place lived up to everything in the pictures. Close to everything but blissfully peaceful.

Location, location, location

I can't think of a spot a I like more than Lahaina Roads. Ocean at your feet and close proximity to all you need. This unit is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Completely equipped with everything you could want from cooking equipment to going to the beach. Well done. I would definitely return.

Bucket List Trip

I took my 82 yo mother-in-law for a check off her bucket list. The location of this property was perfect. You’re close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc but close to downtown Lahaina and the harbor. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, watching whales, sunsets, and turtles turtles. The property is super clean and the pool area is so nice. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again ~ thank you for sharing the property!

Absolutely Delightful

Perfect for 2. Condo is very well equipped with many thoughtful accoutrements. It is an enjoyable stroll to Mala for a delicious dinner. The lanai can get temporarily warm to the a/c heat pump exhaust but you easily get over it with the amazing view.

Very comfortable!

The place was perfect for the two of us. Very well decorated, well equipped, lovely lanai, convenient on site parking. Bed and other furniture quite comfortable. Location was quiet but close enough to town when we wanted to go there. Shopping was very close by. The pool area was great too. We did not use the barbecue but we saw that others did. We would love to return to this condo!

Awesome Location

My husband and I loved this properties location. So close to the ocean, walking distance to restaurants, stores and walking paths. Watching whales and sea turtles from the balcony was amazing. Very well equipped property, it had any item one might need to enjoy themselves on vacation.

It was a nice unit, well equipped, great view and a nice pool. The only negative we had was that someone and another unit in or near vicinity with smoking marijuana from 7:30 in the morning till late at night. And it came right into our lanai.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. Everything we needed was provided. Check-in was a little confusing and we were given the wrong phone number on the VRBO app. Once that was cleared up, everything else was great!

Perfection in Lahaina

I can't say enough about this condo, it is literally perfect. The condo itself is immaculate and well equipped with everything you would ever need. The location in Lahaina is great and also walkable to several nice restaurants. The view from the balcony area is amazing. We watched the Maui sunsets and the humpback whales in the distance everyday. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Lahaina area.

Terrific condo, great view, extremely well equipped, great location

Ted and Sarah's place is pretty perfect. The location is great- just a tiny bit out of the bustle of Lahaina, but close enough to walk or drive. Wonderful kitchen and living room area- lanai is really beautifully done as well, and the kitchen was the best-equipped kitchen we've ever seen. Ted and Sarah most responsive as well as on site folks Art and Andy. We'll come back.

Peaceful paradise!

Great location, quiet building right on the beautiful ocean. Very close to some amazing restaurants (Mala, Honu, Frida’s, and more!), as well as a nearby Safeway. So peaceful drinking morning coffee on the lanai, or evening drinks during those picturesque Maui sunsets… Condo was very equipped - with everything you will need. Kinda small, but it is a Lahaina vacay condo. The bedroom was extra small with nowhere to put your suitcases (I guess you have to empty your suitcase… there is a good closet with shelves and a dresser). Unit is on second floor (there is an elevator) above the parking garage. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Location - Thought of everything

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We loved eating, relaxing and spending time on the lanai and watching the constant parade of turtles swim by in the waves. Great location within walking distance of great restaurants and grocery shopping. Theodore thought of everything and the condo was thoroughly stocked. The shower was great & the bed was comfortable. We hope to stay here again during whale season.

Excellent location and amenities!

Staying a week in Lahaina was made even better by having an ocean view and an available pool with stairs into the ocean. Only wish we had more time available to use the grills! Thank you!

Great condo, ac works wonderfully and so quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Walking distance to safeway and some restaurants which was really nice not to have to drive around.

Great location

Pros: Property was extremely clean with updated appliances throughout. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were beautiful. Everything looked newly remodeled. Every night tiki torches were lit next to the pool which made for a relaxing view at the end of a long day. Location was perfectly centralized for shopping, restaurants and snorkeling. You couldn’t get any closer to the water. There was plenty of parking every time we came back to the condo. Property had ice packs, snorkeling gear, beach towels and coolers provided. Cons: Biggest con of property was the shower. Although it’s a beautiful shower it would not drain very well. The water would puddle up over your feet. The thought of other peoples dirty drain water covering your feet was pretty nasty. Work around to this was to not put shower pressure on high but on medium pressure and this allowed water drain completely while showering. Couch was pretty uncomfortable which sucked because you couldn’t sit back and chill there to watch a movie after a long day. Although this property it is a water front property, you need to know it’s not beach front. You have no access to walk on the beach from here. Water hits a break wall to property. Final thoughts: Great place and would recommend it to others. I think the owners put a lot of money into keeping this a beautiful property and you can tell they put love into it as well.

Definitely paradise and luxury

This wonderful place has everything you need. More beautiful than a five star hotel. State of the art kitchen, local artwork , out of this work shower and comfy bed. We have returned 4 times!!!
