The lovingly and newly furnished “Küstenliebe” vacation rental is located in the basement of a well-maintained eight-unit building in a quiet neighborhood. This stylish studio apartment was lovingly renovated in 2025 and offers space for up to four people in a thoughtfully designed layout—ideal for couples, small families, or a relaxing short getaway by the coast.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the hallway.
On the right is the bathroom with a shower, mirror cabinet, sink, and toilet.

The hallway opens onto the bright living room and bedroom, which is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. Here you’ll find:
• a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) (1 mattress measuring 180 × 200 cm),
• a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 160 × 200 cm),
• a dining area with four chairs,
• a flat-screen TV,
• as well as windows that flood the room with natural light.

To the right of the living area is a walk-in closet that can also be used as a practical storage space.

The well-equipped kitchen is located at the back of the apartment and features:
• Oven,
• Ceramic cooktop,
• Microwave,
• Nespresso machine,
• refrigerator with freezer compartment,
• as well as a wide range of kitchen accessories.

The entire apartment has vinyl flooring and offers free Wi-Fi.
The apartment also includes a private outdoor parking space directly in front of the building.

Pets:
One well-behaved dog is permitted in this apartment for a fee.
