4to piso en Crystal Tower. El balcón, la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal tienen vistas al Golfo de México. Crystal Tower cuenta con un skywalk con aire acondicionado a la piscina de Crystal Tower y al río lento. La unidad duerme: 4-6; Camas: 1 king en el dormitorio principal, cama queen en la habitación de invitados, además de un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar.

Citas interiores: cocina totalmente equipada, 3 televisores, 3 reproductores de DVD, lavadora y secadora, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad, sábanas de algodón egipcio.

4th of July staycation.

I'll list bad stuff first then get to the good. The door needs a new weather strip at the bottom, the cold air escapes. Washing machine does not agitate so when you think youre using clean linens, you actually aren't. I dont mind washing my own clothes at home but towels and wash cloths have to be washed and reused during the stay. Yuck. The pressure coming out of the shower HURTS, very badly. Whole shower felt like you were being stung, which leads me to the next issue. The molding on the floor outside the shower is buckled and open because the pressure makes the shower curtain literally flop in and out. Think of fighting your way out of a wet paper bag. No lie. The tops of the showers against the wall could use some cleaning as its growing mold. Probably because the fan doesnt work so the bathroom stays wet. Now to the good. The view, location, and amenities are great. The pools could use some netting throughout the day, but its not terrible. Fireworks on the beach were awesome, even being pretty far away.

High rise experience with direct access to the beach & pool/hot tub. Spacious unit for 2 adults. Well outfitted- good view from balcony. Good restaurants close and Gulf State Park a nice feature along with Fort Morgan. Enjoyed our visit.

What do cleaners do

Property was great. Beach Access was ok. Location was good to food and shopping. According to owners/renters instructions, maids do nothing but make beds.

February vacation

Rental was detailed as listed. Floors dirty bare feet got black walking on floors. King bed mattress should be replaced crunched when sitting on it and every time moved when laying in bed. King top sheet was wrong size feet stuck out. Called rental company regarding king sheet, tv remotes in all rooms needed new batteries, lock box was rusted number’s didn’t turn ( it was left open we were able to get in) response was so so. Above items were delivered. Sent pictures of things they should replace/ repair. Sofa sinks in the middle (could use to be replaced). Unit really needs deep cleaning.

Love it

Place was very nice & just like pictured. Full kitchen & washer/dryer were amazing to have. Our family had a greT time & recommend staying here. Only gripe was there was only 1 set of keys (it was stated there should be 2) and we got locked out and had to call security which asked no questions or asked for name/ID so I could have gained access to any room.

Condo was clean and ready on time, easy access to the beach. Loved the balcony for sitting after our days in the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to take our family.

First vacation here

We enjoyed the condo we stayed in, loved the pool and access to the beach, however there were some issues with the condo when we got there that we weren’t pleased with and I feel that the amount of money we paid for our stay we shouldn’t have been walking into those issues or any issues for that matter. Neither microwave had a glass rotating plate, we could only get the tv in the living room to work which wasn’t really pleasing when we had two kids with us, there were 6 remotes and only 2 with batteries and the master bathroom shower and tub drain was clogged and we were standing in water while showering even after trying to unclog it we weren’t successful, also one of the sinks was clogged as well. To me those are minimal issues and should be minor to fix and should’ve been fixed before anyone stayed there. This was our first time vacationing in Gulf Shores and at crystal tower so we were pretty disappointed with these issues and it definitely made us question whether we’ll be back because we don’t want to experience anymore of these issues. I was going to call and report the issues but we didn’t want to waste our vacation time dealing with maintenance and waiting for them to hopefully come fix things and we also didn’t want them in our room while we were gone because we were in and out a lot.

Crystal Tower 407

I always enjoy my stay at Crystal Tower however this time the property was not in the best shape clean-wise. The master bathtub had grime so thick on it we had to clean it ourselves, the oven top had grease smeared on it with crumbs mixed in, the floors were very gritty with sand and slick with what I can only assume was tanning or sunscrean product. Dirty sheets were left on the pull out sofa and a bag of clean ones were left in a plastic bag in the corner of the living area. We were told there would be a second key on the bar and there wasn't. We called the management company and it took two days to actually have one delivered. This experience won't stop me from staying at Crystal Tower, but maybe the management company who handled this unit would want to check into their cleaning service.

Kindergarten Teacher off Duty

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Tower and would return! With kids, you can’t beat the pool area and easy access to the beach!👍🏻👍🏻 It was a much needed week of relaxation after finishing a very interesting year as a kindergarten teacher during a pandemic!

Fun time

We stayed on the 4th floor and were pleased with our unit. There were some minor things that should have been attended to. 2 of the drapes were partially off the tracks,bathroom sink slow to drain as was the tub/shower and some light bulbs were out. But the biggest complaint we have is the elevators. There were only 3 elevators for 20 floors,and one of those was out of order the entire week. Our son and his friend got stuck in one of the elevators one night with a track team. Apparently there were others getting stuck as well all week. My husband waited over 30 minutes for an elevator the day we checked out. The location was great and the pools were nice. For as much as it costs to rent the unit it looks like the elevators would all be up and working properly. We will not stay here again.

4th of July on the BEACH!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was positive. Few issues with elevators not working/long waits. The unit wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The carpets were very matted and felt dirty and the drapes were very old and very dusty. The lack of décor could be improved on to make the unit more appealing. Our friends stayed in another unit there and it was decorated very cute and had all tile floors, which is what I will look for the next stay. The pool area on the condo side was not kept up well with trash etc. However the across the street pool was beautiful and excellent. Our beach experience was great however with the elevators being off required a lot of struggle to get items over to the beach. I would give this stay between a 3-4star recommendation. I would recommend the property but not the unit.
