Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment CASA BOTANICA with a fantastic lake view.
We look forward to welcoming you and hope you feel at home here on two floors covering around 110 m².
The light-flooded living area with six large panoramic windows, which can be opened almost completely, offers you a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and Ghiffa.
With its modern and well-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), stylish dining area and large comfortable sofa, the living and dining area on the upper floor is the heart of the apartment.
Directly from the kitchen, a large sliding glass door leads to the terrace, which also offers a fantastic view of the lake. Equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, this is the perfect place to enjoy balmy summer evenings.
This level is completed by a large bedroom with a double bed and a marble-tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The bedroom and the living and dining area have real wood flooring.
On the lower floor, there is another bedroom with three single beds that can be arranged flexibly and a walk-in wardrobe. The large window front also offers a beautiful view of the lake from this bedroom.
A second bathroom with travertine tiles, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, as well as the entrance area with cloakroom, complete the basement.
The entire flat has gas-fired central heating. The bedrooms and living area are equipped with air conditioning units.
There is a small supermarket 150 metres from the flat. Further shopping facilities are available in nearby Verbania.
The location of the flat is ideal for excursions and hikes. Various hiking trails are accessible directly from the flat. Other interesting destinations:
- CANOBIO (approx. 17 km) with its beautiful lakeside promenade.
- VERBANIA INTRA (approx. 5 km) with its ferry connection to the east shore, beautiful old town and many shops and restaurants, as well as several beaches.
- STRESA and the Borromean Islands (approx. 20 km).

Parking: There is a private parking space available on the property.
Wi-Fi: The entire flat has a free Wi-Fi network.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Arrival and other information: Upon arrival, you will find a basic supply of coffee pods (Nespresso), dishwasher tablets, soap and toilet paper.
Towels and bed linen can be booked for an additional €15 per person.

- Valid ID/passport for each person arriving.
- Tourist tax: €0,80 per person per night, payable in cash on arrival. Children under the age of 5 are free.
- A deposit is required for the duration of your stay (payable in cash upon arrival): €100
- Towels and bed linen can be reserved on request for €15 per person. To be paid in cash upon arrival.
- A cleaning fee of €100 is payable per stay. This must also be paid in cash upon arrival.
