Ven a pasar una semana relajante o un fin de semana largo en el lago Hopatcong.

Muchas actualizaciones acaban de terminar, y más por venir.

El baño de arriba tiene azulejos nuevos, tocador y baño. Nuevas alfombras por todos lados. Baño completamente nuevo en la planta baja, pintura nueva en todas partes.

Esta casa está situada en un barrio tranquilo con vecinos tranquilos con niños. Esta es una gran casa para disfrutar y relajarse, tener una barbacoa, con amigos o familiares. Sin embargo, esta no es una casa de fiesta. Hay otras casas en el lago donde la fiesta es de lo que se trata. Este es un hogar para alguien que quiere disfrutar de sus días pero no ser despertado por la noche por algunos animales de fiesta que van toda la noche.

Esta casa está directamente en el lago, no al otro lado de la calle del lago, no es una casa detrás de otra casa en el lago, y no es una casa con solo acceso al lago. Estás en el lago con un muelle. Los navegantes con licencia experimentados pueden usar el muelle para estacionar sus botes. No atracar embarcaciones de alquiler.

Al igual que muchas casas del lago, hay una cantidad decente de escaleras hacia el lago (no demasiadas desde la calle). Esto no se recomienda si las escaleras serían un desafío físico para usted.

Hay más de 9 restaurantes / bares en el lago, cada uno con diferentes vistas y atmósfera. Comer en un lugar diferente cada noche. Incluso puedo proporcionar algunas sugerencias dependiendo de lo que esté buscando y su estado de ánimo. Tengo una guía en la casa también.

Hay alquileres de embarcaciones disponibles en los puertos deportivos locales, como Lake's End y Sanbar Marina. Puedes llamarlos y recorrer el lago. Tome el bote hasta la famosa Byram Cove y relájese con cientos de otros botes.

Navegue o conduzca hasta el campo de minigolf en Alice's. Recomiendo mucho a Alice por su comida y ambiente también. Grandes vistas de la colina.

La casa tiene estacionamiento fuera de la calle para 2 autos. También hay estacionamiento en la calle. Hay bosques detrás de la casa para agregar a esa sensación de vacaciones. Lovely stay

We were so lucky to spend time here at the lakefront and we were spoiled by the lovely view. The house was perfect; it had everything we needed and was entirely comfortable throughout our stay. Rafael was responsive and friendly. 10/10 we’d recommend!

Lake Hopatcong Rental

My family and I had a great vacation here. The rental house was very clean and in terrific condition. The house is located on a quiet cove on the lake with great access to the surrounding area.

Great Location

The house is on a quit and peaceful cove with easy access to the lake. Kept the boat right at the house which was convenient. The house was clean and enjoyable. Many views of the lake. Rafael was great to work with and very responsive if needed.

Lake vacation

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Hopatcong. The location is is convenient enough to nearby restaurants and lake activities. Rafael was very responsive to any issues we had including broken/missing items upon check-in. Although the property has some updates, areas that have not been renewed are a bit worn and tired. As the listing indicates, there are ALOT of stairs and the indoor spiral staircase is very narrow. A storm blew through during our stay and we were fortunate to not lose power despite many power outages all around the lake!

Lakefront Paradise

This property is a dream vacation rental. Not only is the location stunning, directly facing sunrise over a lake with large wrap around windows on both levels and well furnished porches, but it’s also spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and well set for a visitor. The kitchen had everything we needed, good pots, pans, grill ware, silverware, tupperware, a good knife and cutting board, etc. Our host even stopped by to drop off more grill propane so we had a backup without us asking. The bed was comfortable with 2 layers of curtains in case you prefer more or less light. We had plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Our host was super responsive and left excellent instructions to help us navigate the town. My fiancé and I will definitely be back.

Great local getaway!

We loved staying at Rafael's place. It was very clean! Easy parking for 2 cars. You should be able to get up and down steps. We loved... - using the inflatable raft and water trampoline that Rafael provided!! - playing board games with the beautiful view from the living room - renting speed boat from Lakeview Marina (with a driver) for tubing! - renting a pontoon boat for the whole day (no driver) from Bridge Marina. We made a day out of it - 6 families, 3 pontoons. Boated to different areas of the lake for swimming. Docked at a restaurant for lunch, and then hanging out at the house afterwards.

Nice views

The inside of this place was clean with great views. The parking was tough and the stairs were not desirable but many houses had this. Also the weeds on the lake made it difficult to use our kind of boat. Otherwise it was a nice relaxing place.

First Time

I rented this home for a getaway for my husband to enjoy some fishing and relax - had no idea I’d love it just as much as he did! House is very clean, only had to bring toiletries and food and it was awesome! On top of that, the owner is a truly nice guy and we enjoyed chatting with him. All thumbs up on this trip!

Views so good it feels like a house boat!

We absolutely loved this place! We loved how it was oriented on a small arm of the Hopatacong Lake - The Riverstix Cove. Boat traffic is no-wake and not noisy. We saw crew boats rowing the cove. The sun rises into the house in the morning for a lovely wake up and sets across the lake for excellent sunset views every evening (not in your eyes at the end of the day when you’re sick of it). The living room has such excellent views of the lake that it felt like a houseboat. We had a spotting scope set up and always had binoculars at hand while on the couch. Movies and birding - truly relaxing. Huge Tv, cable, internet, stereo. For the real die hard birders - the sky lights have been know to show warbler bottoms...from the comfort of the couch!! The beds are comfy and the linens are quality. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice. Many sets of stairs to navigate. Rafael is very nice, helpful, interesting. You’ll want this guy as a friend.

Wonderful fall getaway

Working with the owner of the lake house was a pleasant experience. He was very accommodating and helpful. The lake was beautiful in the fall and the house has everything you need. Very clean and updated. Very well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect house on the lake for a weekend getaway

Had a great weekend here with a few friends. House was perfect for what we needed. The deck overlooking the lake was great for an all-day BBQ. Rafael was a great and friendly host who recommended bars and restaurants nearby to visit. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect house for a lake getaway!

This property was great and perfect for a lake getaway! The house was very welcoming and the views of the Lake from the house were beautiful. The owner was super nice and helpful. He was very responsive to any questions we had while staying there. The house was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed (i.e. bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). The bed was really comfortable. There was also a grill on the patio. This property also has its own dock that we were able to use during our stay. For all the boaters out there it – it was perfect. We were only a few minutes from most of the restaurants and bars on the water. We would highly recommend this place to people looking for a fun/relaxing weekend on the lake. Thanks again for such an amazing weekend!

Beautiful location

The owner provided excellent customer service in all communications with him. Concerns we had about our stay were addressed immediately. The property was clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful view of the lake and a beach close by. I would highly recommend this property.

Thank you for your interest in sharing our home. Living on the lake for over 19 years has been an amazing experience. I've met a lot of great people here in Hopatcong. Every day when I come, especially in the summer, I feel like I'm on vacation. It's a great feeling.

Today, I am happily married with 2 young children. We both love the lake but decided we needed a larger place for our budding family. We originally wanted a larger house on the lake but unfortunately, it was out of our price range. We decided to rent the house some days during the summer and winter so we can afford to still come to Lake Hopatcong to enjoy the lake where most of our friends live. Our kids love the boat and we are very happy we kept a home on the lake. We ended moving a little farther west so we are still close to the lake and can come back for the day or a few days.

We thank you for your interest in our home and making it possible to enjoy the lake also.

I originally found this property when I came out to mountain bike locally from Long Island. I loved coming to more rural areas for my travels.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I loved the entire area for the amount and variety of beautiful nature adventures, for scenic hikes, adventurous mountain bike rides, wake boarding, snow boarding, and the friendliness of the people. There is so much to do and I never get bored. When I first came to look at the house it needed a lot of work and honestly my friends thought I was crazy for buying it. When I took that first walk out to the dock over looking the calming lake, I was hooked. I looked at the real estate agent and said, 'sold.' He was probably happier than me cause I only asked him to look at one property.
