The flat is located in the centre of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dyke and the Auesee lake. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Wald, the Auesee and much more on foot or by bike (5-10 minutes). The beach is free of charge and can be reached by bike in 2.5 km. There is also the new fun pool (approx. 9.24 km), the new mini-golf course, the marina and the aerodrome (sightseeing flights). In summer, there is a Rhine ferry 8 km away in Bislich, with which you can cross over to the left bank of the Rhine to visit Xanten (amphitheatre) or the Bislicher Insel nature reserve (400 m from the ferry) with its sea eagles.
