Lunker Lodge es el lugar perfecto para relajarse cuando no estás en el lago. Es grande con más de 1.400 pies cuadrados y es un lugar cómodo para pasar el rato con un sofá, 2 sillones reclinables, una fuerte señal de WIFI ilimitada gratuita y una HDTV de 55 "con tecnología de DirecTV. Se puede disfrutar de una comida st la mesa de comedor o más informal en la isla en la cocina.

Usted disfrutará de los 2 baños completos, cada uno conectado a un dormitorio. No podemos esperar a escuchar lo que tiene que decir acerca de la enorme ducha con dos regaderas! No lleve ropa de cama, toallas, jabón u otros elementos esenciales, porque tenemos todo cubierto. Lunker Lodge tiene una excelente señal de WIFI tanto dentro como fuera de la cabina sin uso máximo.

Estamos ubicados a medio camino entre Guntersville y Scottsboro, solamente a unos pasos de la rampa del barco frente al agua. Otras rampas famosos y cercanos incluyen Goose Pond y Siebold Creek. Puede remolque de la embarcación a muchas rampas que ahorra tiempo y combustible.

Excellent accomodations for a long weekend fishing trip with friends. Very close to boat ramp and store. Very clean and has everything you need. Will definitely plan on staying here on our next fishing trip.

We just moved down from Indiana and needed a place to stay while we found and closed on our new home. This was the perfect home away from home while we were in between houses.

Our stay was great. The property was in a perfect location to the lake. Convenient short drive to the boat ramp. The house was just as described. Dave was the best. He made sure we had all the check-in information before our arrival and kindly checked in after to be sure everything was ok. Our son and grandson went out with Chris Flint, a great guide and caught lots of fish. Needless to say we enjoyed Guntersville and plan on coming back in the spring. We will definitely contact D&E Landing for a place to stay.

GREAT PLACE

We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. It was nice to have a 1 minute ride to the ramp to launch the boat. It was also good to have a covered place to park you r boat. The cabin is awesome and very nice. We loved the layout of the rooms and had plenty of room for our group of guys. We will stay here again.

Very spacious CLEAN and great location.

From bedding to kitchen everything was wonderful. Host was very helpful. Easy access. Close to stores and boat ramp. I definitely will book again. We very much enjoyed all the amenities. And ice maker in freezer saved us. Thanks.

Great place for exploring Northern Alabama

We stayed here for a weekend while waiting to purchase our home. The house has everything we needed, and more. The area around Lake Guntersville is so beautiful, and there is a lot to do "besides fishing." we loved it. Dave and Edna were perfect hosts, and saw to it that we were comfortable during our visit. It was just the two of us this time, but this house would be PERFECT for a larger family gathering.

Perfect fishing getaway

Property owner was outstanding to work with. Property was clean and in great shape. Plenty of room for trucks and boats and charging available. Location is great! Close to Goose Pond, next to Waterfront. Couldn’t ask for anything more, will be my future site for Guntersville trips!

Great weekend getaway spot

Cabin was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Boat ramp very close to unload the boat. And I loved that the owners texted us the day of check in to make sure we got in ok and if there was anything we needed that the cabin didn't have. Not many owners would take the time to do that.

Lunker Lodge was very comfortable and enjoyable.

I took my church youth group for weekend retreat. We found Lunker Lodge to be just want we needed for a quiet getaway to focus on our bible study. David texted us to make sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated that. Will be back again.

Everything was great!!!

The property was clean with a gorgeous mountain veiw, the owners were very hospitable. We were fleeing hurricane Irma and they were so kind and gracious to us during a time of turmoil. There was plenty to do and see in nearby towns. Dave and Edna are wonderful people and the property was wonderful!! We will be back for the next hurricane! Lol

Memorial Day weekend trip

We had a great time at the Lunker Lodge. Enough parking under the carport for 4 boats, which worked out great because we some scattered storms. David and Edna were very accommodating. The place was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely book with them every time we come back to Guntersville.

Loved the stay

We stayed here while visiting Huntsville space center and to relax on our way to Florida. From the outside this house looks small but once inside it’s very spacious and beautifully decorated. This was my Parents first time staying in a house from HomeAway and they loved it.

Stayed at the Lunker Lodge for the 3rd time last week, can't wait to go back! D&E has a fantastic place right across from where we put in at. They are very friendly people and accommodated us any way they could. I'd give this place a 10/10 of your coming to Guntersville for fishing, or just to get away in general!

Wonderful Place

We arrivied late thursday night , Dave had the place ready for us when we arrived , I have been travelin to fish Guntersville for the last 13 years with multiple trips throughout the year, but by far this is the best place I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail , and the layout for sleeping accomidations was wonderful, before I left I booked 2 more trips with Dave , one in October and one in 2016 cant wait to get back . Dave you and Edna keep up the good work , it truly shows you care about your guests.

Beautiful property

We rented this cabin while visiting friends who used to live in Scottsboro. It was such a beautiful property. Everything was clean and well kept. The cabin had all the amenities that you would need. I definitely would stay here again. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Edna. She was super friendly and accommodating to us. Thank you for the great renting experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Lunker Lodge. It was very clean and had plenty of room for both our group and our rigs. We have already booked for next year. We also really appreciated the hospitality from the owner. It is also in a great location by the lake.

D&E Landing vacation Rentals, LLC is named after us, David and Edna. The name came to Edna literally as we were signing the documents to purchase the property.

Edna's a native Alabamian who grew up in Phenix City. David grew up outside of Boston but found his way to Alabama in the middle 80's. We fell in love with Northeast Alabama after spending 4 years outside of Gadsden before moving to Memphis, TN for 20 years.

Lake Guntersville called to us in the spring of 2013 and we decided it was time to go home permanently! We are, like many couples in Alabama, a house divided. Edna's the Alabama football fan and David's the Auburn fan. Iron bowl Saturdays are always interesting around our house!

David hunts and fishes the area and is always happy to help with any information you need. Edna's a shopper, and will guide you to every place within 60 miles to get a bargain on almost anything! Between us we've got you covered.

We both love to meet people, make new friends and serve our guests. We believe in delivering the maximum value for your dollar and will do whatever it takes to ensure you have a fantastic time at Lake Guntersville and in the Northeast Alabama area!

Lunker Lodge is located mid-lake on Highway 79 making it an easy drive to most of the boat ramps on the lake. If you're not a fisherman, you'll only have a short drive to Guntersville, Scottsboro or Huntsville. There you'll find plenty of activities to choose from including:
- Fantastic shopping in all these locations (just ask Edna)
- Cathedral Caverns
- Hiking at the State Park
- Space and Rocket Center
- Lake City Amusement Park (opening April 2016)
- Many golfing opportunities including 2 Robert Trent Jones Trail courses

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property sits on 2 beautiful acres with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

There are 4 different driveways making it very easy to enter, exit and move around if you have a boat or trailer. Every cabin has covered parking for at least 2 boats/vehicles with power to charge you batteries and there's no need to unhook. We have plenty of additional parking with power available at every cabin as well.

You will not find cleaner lodging anywhere at the lake as Edna and David take care of everything at the property personally. We live in Guntersville and are always available should you need anything at all!
