Este oasis jardín especial en Pleasure Point será seguro para impresionar. Tiene un hermoso paisaje privado vallado en el patio con un patio, terraza, amplio jacuzzi y ducha al aire libre.

El interior de esta casa de un piso contiene todos los muebles nuevos y muchos toques artísticos.

El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size de California que da al patio a través de hermosas puertas francesas enmarcadas por una pérgola de rosas. El baño principal cuenta con una tina de baño espacioso, gran piedra personalizada ducha de azulejos con banco, lavamanos doble y una sala de aseo. Hay un vestidor.

La cocina cuenta con todos los aparatos modernos de acero inoxidable, dotación completa de utensilios de cocina y accesorios. La mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8.

La sala de estar tiene un televisor de 50 'con acceso a su cuenta de Netflix o Hulu para ver películas y disfrutar también de canales de cable.

Hay una cama doble en el segundo dormitorio y 2 gemelos en el tercer dormitorio. Los gemelos se convierten fácilmente en un rey, si es necesario. El segundo cuarto de baño tiene una bañera y ducha.

El patio es muy bien ajardinada y rodeado de árboles maduros. Esto le da al montón oasis de privacidad. Usted tendrá que caminar por la puerta y se sienten como en casa.

Es un corto, paseo a East Cliff Drive y escaleras a una playa protegida y lugar de surf de primera.

El estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública en el camino de entrada puede acomodar hasta cuatro autos.

Nice Location

We stayed 3 nights, the location was great for getting to the Boulevard and Henry Cowell State Park. We walked to the beach and had fun exploring the area. Definitely would stay here again!

Beach town oasis

We loved our time at this property! We felt like we got to experience “living like locals” in this charming home on a great street- and within walking distance to all of our favorite Capitola sights, eats and shopping. Our family enjoyed spending time together in the beautiful yard and the lovely common areas. The hosts were amazing- communication was timely and they were so flexible and accommodating.

Great location

This house has a great location. The yard is really nice. Great hot tub area. Also it is well supplied. It was cozy and comfortable for four adults. but might be a little tight for 6 adults.

Nice stay

We were a group of six adults gathering for a 60th birthday celebration. The house is well located to the beach and also walkable to shops and restaurants as well. The owners were very responsive to any requests we made and the house is well stocked w amenities, esp the kitchen.

We stay at Pleasure Point Oasis every year. It is a lovely house with a spacious fenced in yard, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Great communication with the host. House is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, family games, beach toys and more. Set up with a Roku Tv to login to all your streaming apps to enjoy during your stay. We will be back next year!

Wonderful Mother's Day Weekend

This property was perfect for our quick Mother's Day weekend getaway. It was exactly as described. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, corner market. Couple blocks from the beach. The yard was fully enclosed, perfect for our pup!Hot tub was an added bonus! We loved that the house was 1 level perfect for bringing our elder parent. We will definitely stay here again.for bringing your pup wonderful hot tub

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this was a very nice family-friendly home. It was close to everything; the only issues were the noise from the construction next door which posed challenges for our baby taking daytime naps and a couple bug incidents. Otherwise, very clean; the split sleeping quarters worked perfectly for us. Weather was too cold at night to use the hot tub, but it appeared to be in working condition. Everything was fairly easy to use. Would stay here again.

They were supposed to be finished with it months ago! Please write to me directly about any other issues you encountered so we know how to deal with them. We want all of our guests to be as comfortable as possible. FYI, if you decide to stay with us again, you might try the hot tub. We very much enjoy sitting outside in the steamy water, especially when temperatures dip into the 50's and below. :-)

Always a lovely stay at the Oasis

We stay at this property every year, and it never gets old. It is in a great location- close to the beach, shops, restaurants, short drive to Boardwalk and Capitola. The house is always very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager is seamless. Can’t wait to go back next year.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway for the Whole Family (Pups Included!)We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the sand and ocean, and close enough to shops and restaurants while still feeling peaceful and private.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone, including our dogs, who loved the fenced yard and nearby beach walks. The outdoor space was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening hangouts.It truly felt like a home away from home, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We’d definitely love to come back!Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly beach escape.

Exceeded expectations

We loved the house. It was attractively furnished and very clean. Our dog enjoyed the yard which is completely enclosed with a high fence. The location was convenient and we could walk to the beach and neighborhood restaurants. Jewlia and Frank were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would certainly stay there again.

A perfect weekend getaway

We visited the Oasis for a long weekend to celebrate my teenage son's birthday with lots of surfing. The house was perfect - a nice big kitchen area, expansive yard, lovely master suite and bath. We also love the Pleasure Point neighborhood which has a very close knit community feeling and easy walking access to all kinds of shops. We will definitely return! Thank you.

Lovely Home and Garden

My wife and I came from Lodi to visit our son and grandkids for a week. Paradise Point Oasis is spacious enough for us to host a family gathering with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the table seats eight. we cooked out doors on the gas grill two nights. It’s an easy 4 block walk to the ocean. Restaurants and shopping are four blocks in the other direction.

A Real Gem

We had a wonderful week staying this Santa Cruz location. The home was well furnished, very clean with a beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been any better. It was a short 8 block walk to the beach and ten minute bike ride to downtown Capitola. Restaurants and coffee shops were right around the corner and Hwy 1 was just a couple of miles down the road. We enjoyed our visit so much we are trying to get a reservation for next year.

Best vacation house in Pleasure Point

We love Pleasure Point Oasis! The house is spacious and comfortable. Always very clean upon arrival. Well stocked with everything you need. The new patio furniture is lovely! Also- the Roku setup is cool, you can login to your streaming apps and it will remove your info upon checkout. We have stayed at this house many times and plan to stay many more. Owners are responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Always a pleasure at the Oasis!

Perfect Location in Pleasure Point

The yard was beautiful, and our whole family loved the location. Walking distance to everything — especially loved being able to get to 41st Ave easily to the beach and Cat & Cloud cafe. At the moment there is construction next door that starts at 8am. Stops from noon - 1pm then resumes demo 1-5pm. We would go back. Quiet and spacious.

One of the best!!!

Our family has been renting homes in the E. Cliff/Pleasure Point neighborhood for more than two decades and I have to say that the Pleasure Point Oasis is one of the best homes that we have stayed in! Short walking distance to be able to start each morning with a wonderful coffee (Cat & Cloud) and end each evening with delicious dessert (The Penny Ice Cream) - not to mention the twice daily Beach walks/playing with the Dogs. The fully fenced yard (which is beautifully landscaped) made us feel secluded from the outside world - like we were on our own private Oasis. We can't wait to come back.
