Idyllically located vacation home in the Schliersee-Tegernsee Alpine region.

Modern, newly built home with a stunning view of the Breitenstein and Wendelstein mountains. 

The house (140 m²) consists of a living and dining area, 3 bedrooms, each with one double bed (180x200) and two French beds (140x200), 2 bathrooms, a guest restroom,
a balcony, a terrace, and a carport.

A covered carport for your car is right next to the house, and a separate, lockable shed is available for bicycles or skis
.

The Leitzach River flows right past the front door. The path is perfect for walking or
cycling. In winter, a groomed cross-country ski trail is just a stone’s throw away.
The same goes for our beautiful lakes: Schliersee, Tergernsee, and Chiemsee. 

One street over—brand NEW!!!—a bike jump park for the kids!!!

There’s plenty to eat and drink, too. A bakery (where the baker still bakes everything himself, even on weekends),
an Edeka grocery store, and cozy restaurants right nearby.



Haus Almblick:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), stove with oven, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker (filter), and Nespresso machine.

Of course, we’ve also thought of all the little things, such as dish towels, paper towels,
dish soap, dishwasher tablets, napkins, salt, pepper, coffee, and tea bags. 

The master bedroom features a large double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a balcony
with a mountain view.The bedroom opens directly into a very large bathroom with
a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and towel warmer.

The second bedroom has a French bed (140x200) and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom is similarly furnished.

The slightly smaller bathroom has a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower, sink, and toilet.

The living room features a very large couch for relaxing, along with a flat-screen TV,
a desk, and a dining table that seats 6 people. There’s also a Swedish wood-burning stove that
creates a cozy atmosphere in the evenings (wood is provided, of course :-) 

On the covered patio overlooking the garden, you’ll find beautiful teak furniture,
sun loungers, and a parasol. (very quiet!!!)



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
