With a spacious living area of approximately 70 m², spread across three rooms and two floors, the vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The well-thought-out floor plan ensures a pleasant living experience and plenty of privacy. The apartment is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a bright, open living area with a cozy sofa nook, ideal for relaxing evenings watching TV or social game nights. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking together. Also on this floor is a stylish bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed that guarantees a restful night’s sleep. On the top floor, under the roof, there is another lovingly furnished open-concept bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed—perfect for children or additional guests. The vacation rental features air conditioning in the attic.

Entertainment

Entertainment is well taken care of: The living room features a large LED TV for cozy movie nights. Additionally, the lower bedroom is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. Thanks to free high-speed Wi-Fi, you can easily stream your favorite shows or surf the web even while on vacation.
