Good place to stay

The property was a real find for us and is recommended to all. The 3rd bathroom is downstairs which a minus and or plus depending on the group. The owners were very accommodating.

Nice days in Almuñécar

We had some really nice days in Eliseo’s house. The rooms were very clean and beautiful and useful furnitured, the terrace was quiet and under the shady tree was the perfect place for relaxing with a view on the garden and the town. We had lots of fun in the commentary pool, it is very clean and located 2 minutes from the house in a beautiful surrounding.

Lovely hosts, couldn't have been more helpful, fabulous villa with all the home comforts you could want & amazing outside space. Although in theory only a few minutes from beach the property was up such a steep hill that it became very difficult to cope with (3 generations in our party & it was only the teenagers who managed it easily). Quite a walk to nearest supermarket again made worse by steepness of hill. Too many unnecessary rules around pool. We would love to stay again because owners & property itself so lovely if it wasnt for the hill & pool.

Beyond expectation...

Hideous flight delay, arrived at property at 1.30 in the morning to find our hosts dutifully waiting for us with beer, wine and food in the fridge. A fantastic welcome from a wonderful couple. The villa was immaculate and beyond our expectations. Everything and more was on hand to make our stay comfortable. Wonderful garden with sun and shade in equal measure. Huge swimming pool shared with a few other villas with resident guard. Walk to beach was circa 5 to 7 minutes downhill which would make the walk back taxing for anybody with real mobility issues. I'm overweight with arthritis and managed it every day wirh no real stress. Wonderful part of the world and all prices very reasonable. Dined out every night. If we go back to Andalusia anytime, it will be to this villa. Superb! Thank you.

Une villa incroyable, tout était parfait! les propriétaires tellement attentionné et gentils. il y avait tout le nécessaire pour tout le monde draps de lit, serviette... les lits étaient super confortable. 3 wc, 2 bain et 1 douche tellement parfait pour notre famille de 6. Un jardin et extérieur superbe brefs nous avons passée un merveilleux séjour vraiment top mille merci pour tout

Ein sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus, mit überaus freundlichen Vermietern. Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Ein sauberes Haus mit genug Platz für 5 Personen, der Pool, welcher von mehreren genutzt werden kann, ist schön groß und man hat ihn auch mal für sich alleine. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist um die Ecke und wenn man Lebensmittel einkaufen möchte, hat man zwei große Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wenn wir nochmals in die Gegend kommen sollten, würden wir definitiv erneut das Haus mieten. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Glücksgriff!

Fabulous holiday

Villa is in a quiet area of Almunecar, up a steep hill but only a short distance from the town and beach and only a short distance from the aqua park. The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could ever need, more like a home from home than a rented villa. It was much nicer than we'd imagined. Elisio and his wife were delightful and gave us a guided tour on our arrival and let us check in early. Villa was perfect for our group - me and my husband and 19yr old son and girlfriend and our 17yr old daughter. The garden was lovely with plenty of shade (needed with the hot temperatures we had) and lots of seating options....many evening spent sitting outside with a glass of wine playing cards. The outside lighting was perfect. Swimming pool was also lovely and there was plenty of shade to sit under. Should we return to this area of Spain we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this villa again.

Stay in Almunecar 28th September - 5th October 2019

We have just had our second wonderful stay at this villa in Almunecar. It is in a great location near to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The villa comfortably accommodates 3 couples and has everything needed for your stay with 3 bath/shower rooms (one en suite), lovely kitchen and a terrace garden with furniture and BBQ. There is an on site parking space. The owners Eliseo and Rami are extremely friendly and approachable and respond to any questions promptly prior to arrival. Almunecar is a lovely localised Spanish resort and is ideally located for visiting Granada, the mountains and surrounding areas. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

cool building, great view, lovely hosts

We just loved staying here! Eliseo and his wife waited for us over an hour to arrive and were so welcoming to us. They helped us organise a reliable babysitter for 2 nights while we ventured out on our own. It is located on the side of a hill so you have a glorious view of the town but can still walk to the restaurants. Distances to walk: * beach: 5 mins * supermarket (mercadona & lidl): 15 mins * ATM: 5-10 mins * waterpark: 15 mins * Playa San Cristobal: 20-25 mins We have a 14 month old, our primary concerns were: * cool room for him to sleep - CHECK * fully stocked kitchen for cooking - CHECK Each room has a ceiling fan which was better than A/C. In the heat of July we still didn’t need to turn the fans on full-noise. It must be something to do with the stone buildings, the temperate was always cool inside. We used the outside covered eating area with the supplied highchair to feed our son and then hose down the mess he put on the floor - so convenient having this outdoor eating area for messy kids! The kitchen has everything you need, from all the pans and cutlery to cook anything, to tupperware to store extra food. We felt like we were at home which allowed us to relax fully for the 10 days we were there. We will be returning for sure, can’t rate this place highly enough. Thanks Eliseo.

WE JUST BACK MYSELF AND 5 ADULTS WITH MY BABY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA. THE OWNERS WERE SO EASY TO DEAL WITH AND HAD EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED IN VILLA FOR US.EVEN BOTTLE OF WINE FOR OUR ARRIVAL:)SPOTLESS VILLA WITH LOVELY SEATING OUTSIDE. A wonderful stay

We have been in this wonderful home for two weeks in the month of October 2016. The home is spectacular, with a beautiful quiet garden, a lovely swimming pool and a shaded porch where you can eat and stay during the day. The living room is provided with a pleasant terrace and up the home there is another big terrace. The home is at a walking distance to every service (beach, supermarket, bars and cafe) but it's still very quiet. The bedrooms are comfortable and everything is very clean. The owners are warm, welcoming and adorable people and the area of Almunecar is one of the best in the whole Spain. We recommend everything because we had a great stay and we will surely go back. Maison très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison où tout est prévu pour passer de super vacances. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse (cadeau de bienvenue). La maison est au calme, pleine de terrasses toutes aussi agréables les unes que les autres. Nous avons apprécié les repas sous le mûrier face à la Sierra Nevada. L'équipement électroménager est complet. La résidence est très bien entretenue. La piscine et ses abords sont très agréables. La mer est à 2 pas mais nous avons aussi testé la plage du Tesorillo (un peu plus à l'est). Le centre ville est très facilement accessible à pied. Malaga et Grenade sont accessibles en une petite heure de route, très facilement (voies rapides). Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leurs conseils et leurs attentions à notre égard.

Lovely House

We had a great holiday in this house and would definitely book it again. We chose this house for the location and found it lovely being able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The house was clean and very well equipped and just as described on the website, We requested a cot and the cot is a really good big sturdy one rather than a travel cot, which was great as our youngest was very comfortable in it. The gardens around the house are beautiful and very well maintained and ideal for relaxing and enjoying sun.

Maison très agréable, plage, piscine, tennis

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison neuve, bien équipée avec un superbe jardin qui possède plusieurs terrasses. La maison est très calme. La piscine est en contrebas de la maison et nous avons pu bénéficier du court de tennis pour nous seuls. Le centre ville et les commerces sont accessibles à pieds en moins de 10mn. Almunecar est une ville espagnole authentique avec bodegas, tapas et flamenco. Idéalement placée pour aller visiter les environs (Malaga, Grenade, Nerja) car une autoroute ultra moderne et sans péage longe la côte. Enfin les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et ils parlent parfaitement le Français. Florence (Antony, France)

Maison très agréable avec un magnifique jardin

Maison très agréable avec un super jardin, une piscine partagée à 100m, tout en profitant des plaisirs de la mer à 300m. Propriétaires très aimables avec un accueil très chaleureux. à recommander les yeux fermés.
