Estudio recientemente renovado. Cama Queen y sofá cama Queen. Cocina totalmente equipada con granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Mesa de cocina asientos 3-4. Baño completo con ducha y asiento con azulejos personalizados. Uso de parrilla en el sitio, así como fogatas y mesa de picnic. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a kayaks por una pequeña tarifa. Se proporciona transporte hacia y desde la estación de tren si es necesario. El centro de la ciudad está a pocos pasos, donde encontrará muchas tiendas y restaurantes. LOVED this place! The location was perfect, unit was fully stocked and perfect for us. The view to wake up with is amazing and breathtaking. Owners were great and so easy to work with. The ducks made our day. We will stay again for sure!

Absolutely 10 out of 10! The views were spectacular, the studio was immaculate, and Kris and Beth were so friendly and helpful. Added bonus was meeting their 2 dogs, Max and Ginger and being entertained by their ducks! This was the perfect place to stay and hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Kris and Beth were great with communication from the start and made us feel very welcome. We got to meet a lot of the family and I’m usually a shy person but they were all wonderful people that you can instantly click with and have a great conversation. They provided everything we needed and more. The ducks became our favorite part of the morning, but the water view and fall foliage was breathtaking! Even at night the water is calm and the stars are very visible! The shower which I believe Kris designed and built himself was a work of art and was so relaxing after a day of being out in Mystic! Overall this is a great place to stay with great people and we wished we would've spent more time on the property and are sad to go so soon!

This rental property is a 100 out of a 100! The hosts are phenomenal and extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind. The unit is super clean and has everything one would need while away. The view is unmatched and the most peaceful thing. The location is conveniently located to all the attractions and restaurants. You’d be crazy not to stay here!! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Location and Wonderful Hosts

My family has stayed at this property many times. Kris and Beth are wonderful hosts-very responsive to anything we might need, and the studio is always cleaned meticulously.The location is picture-perfect. It is on the water with an abudance of windows that allow you to see the sunrise, boaters and birds. We had access to a fire pit and chairs overlooking the water. Just being there is so relaxing, it is always the highlight of our stay in Mystic. When we do want to venture out there are many shops and restaurants withing walking distance. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

A Mystic(al) Experience

Can't say enough about great things about Kris & Beth's studio. From the stunning view to the gorgeous dogs and hilarious ducks, this location is so charming you'll think you're in an alternate universe of relaxation. Conveniently located less than a 10 minute stroll to restaurants, shops, bars, and boating, you're going to regret not discovering this location sooner.

Mom's Bucket List East Coast RT`

After having planned this roadtrip over the past 5 years with my life partner, he passed away April 2024. My daughter had to work in Pennsylvania in July/August and suggested we meet in Washington DC and do the roadtrip together. She did all the driving and we took our time, relaxing, eating fresh seafood, and visiting lighthouses. Bucket list roadtrip satisfied for mom.

Soothing, calming, local paradise

We had the best time and some much needed R&R. There is no better place to just disconnect and take in the surroundings with the amazing views, incredible sunsets and sunrises, and the best ducks ever (bring watermelon!). Kris and Beth were amazing hosts and we will return soon!!

Amazing Stay

Very nice play to stay. Views from all the windows were awesome.Lots to do in the area. Family super nice and very hard workers. Dogs and ducks fun to watch and be around. Also enjoyed the firepit. Should have done that more. Will definitely come back if they will have us

One in a million

This is such a unique place to stay. The view from the apartment is stunning and will take your breath away. The layout of the studio is perfect. The owners, Kris and Beth, are so warm and welcoming. The oyster farm is fascinating and is complemented well with the family of ducks that will charm and humor all guests! What a one of a kind, special place!

Spectacular Seaside Escape 💕

The 180 degree water view is stunning but the tranquility that view in-vibes is priceless. Absolutely loved this experience waterfront view, homey, comfortable and the location and proximity to downtown made this one of the best VRBO stays. Beth and Kris are wonderful host. We look forward to returning soon.

Start the day by watching the sunrise over the water from bed, and end the day by watching the sun set over the marina while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. If you like to explore, it is a short stroll into town for shopping and dining, or venture further to the Aquarium, Seaport, or Casinos. Feeling outdoorsy? Relax on your private beach, or kayak and fish from the back yard. The Studio is the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Do as much or as little as you like!

Mystic is the perfect year round getaway. In the summer you will enjoy the beautiful weather and salty breezes and in the winter enjoy the quintessential holiday activities of a small New England town. We are currently offering customizable excursions on our 30' Cabin cruiser. We will happily shuttle you and your family to Sandy Point, a pristine island preserve/beach or take you out on a fishing adventure. We also offer sunrise and sunset lighthouse cruises with snacks and drinks. Ever been to Block Island? We'll take you there...fishing, exploring, shopping or all three!
Also unique to our property is our oyster hatchery. Feel free to pop down to the dock and say "hello" to the babies, or have a chat while we work.
