The home is beautiful and in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, private community pool, and a short walk to The Sanctuary. This was a family vacation for us, and we could not have been happier with the experience. We will definitely come again!

Lovely & comfortable home, short walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and comfortable home! Close proximity to the beach (very short walk), Sanctuary Hotel, & East Beach Town Center Market. The beds are very comfortable, the a/c works great, & we enjoyed breakfast, dinner, and card games on the large front porch overlooking the lagoon. Hope to stay again soon!

Amazing!!!

This property checks all the boxes!! The property is amazing. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. As we have small children we bounced between the beach and pool all day which both are very close to the home. The owner was very responsive to any questions and even checked in on us after the tropical storm passed by. I wouldn’t hesitate the stay here again. Thanks you for sharing your home.

Wonderful house, location, set-up!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week at Ken's property. He was great to work with and prompt with communication. The house was very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the big front porch with lots of seating to enjoy hanging out, and on the one rainy day, I loved sitting on the back screened in porch with my coffee and book! The location on the island is great, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The Turtle Point Golf Club is right around the corner, and my husband and boys played two rounds during our stay, while the rest of us kayaked. We enjoyed dinner on the veranda overlooking the golf course at Tomasso, the Italian restaurant at Turtle Point. We biked all over the island daily-the last night biking 4.5 miles each way to Freshfields to eat dinner at Cantina 76. It was a great week and we wish we could stay a month!

Beautiful home with just a short walk to the beach

Our stay at this property was absolutely PERFECT! The home boasts a perfect location if you have children. The small commute to the beach is wonderful for kids, and hauling your beach equipment. We stayed for a week and the property was clean, welcoming, and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It is also just across the street from the pool so no long walk or bike ride to get there. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this property!

Great house for young children

This is the perfect house for young children. It is close to the beach, and the circular neighborhood is great for two, 4 year olds learning to ride bikes. The bed swing on the front porch is heavenly!!

Perfect for families

We have stayed at several properties, and our stay at Ken’s home is at the top of our list. Great location, easy walking or biking distance to several beach access points, well appointed and stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We hope to return again.

Fabulous home and host

The property is beautiful and well stocked with all of the amenities of home. We came for a family reunion, and of the six houses rented by relatives, this was, by far, the prettiest. We enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and did a lot of cooking in the easy-to-navigate and well-equipped kitchen. You can even see the ocean from the kitchen. The owner could not be kinder or more accommodating. HIs correspondence, flexibility and kindness really distinguished the experience. We have stayed here twice and plan to come back in the future.

Great time

The location is ideal for anyone who wants the beach, tennis, golf or enjoy the ice cream shop at the Sanctuary. All are any easy walk or bike ride. After a day of activities we enjoyed a time playing games and using the grill for dinner. Thank you and hope to come back. The owner was very responsive to any thing we needed.

Walk/Bike to pool & beach

My family of 6 stayed here the last week of July 2019 and we had a great time. It was our 5th or 6th time on the Island and our first in this house or neighborhood. The house is great for a family and has an amazing location. The huge front porch is fantastic for dinner or just hanging around on the rocking chair and swing. Excellent neighborhood for biking with lots of trails and wildlife to see. We liked East Beach Village a lot more than some of the other area's on the Island (more sunlight and very easy access to beach and pool)

Great place with great location

Great house with a great location. Easy access to beach, activities for kids, dining, golf, tennis, etc. House has everything you need, including a great outdoor grill that's very easy to use. Owner was easy to reach and responsive with any questions. This was our 2nd year in a row to stay here and we'll definitely head back again next year.

Wonderful Kiawah experience

This was a perfect house for our family of 5. We had more than enough room to spread out. We really enjoyed spending time on the porches and using the well-stocked kitchen. The house was nicely furnished and very clean. The beach was just a short walk or even shorter bike ride away. The owners are kind, knowledgeable, and super-responsive.

Great location

The Turtle Beach community is a wonderful location, especially for families with children. Easy access to the pool, to the beach, and bike trails, etc. The owner is considerate, very responsive and wanting to please renters.

Kiawah Island Trip

This was our third stay at this property. It is a perfect location. Close walk to the beach or pool, you can practice chipping or putting on the 16th hole late in the evening. Nice big front porch for relaxing.
