Ubicado en el borde de un acantilado dentro de un hermoso jardín tropical, la casa del árbol irradia paz y tranquilidad. Puede disfrutar del maravilloso ambiente de la villa, ya que ejemplifica excelentes detalles, mano de obra y en una ubicación increíble.
Construido en dos niveles, la gran sala, cocina, dormitorio, baño y cubierta envolvente se encuentran en el nivel superior. El segundo, también con aire acondicionado, dormitorio y baño se encuentran en el primer nivel. En el exterior hay varias cubiertas amuebladas y una piscina privada.
Ubicada en el punto más alto de la península de Steele Point, la casa del árbol da al Atlántico y al mar Caribe y cuenta con una impresionante vista de aguas cristalinas y muchas islas cercanas. The Treehouse tiene uno de los panoramas más impresionantes que Tortola tiene para ofrecer. Incluso puedes ver el amanecer en un lado y el atardecer en el otro y nunca tener que salir de casa.

Gorgeous, clean treehouse!

we absolutely loved staying in this home. the views were incredible in every direction. the beds and couches were very comfortable. we would rent again in a heartbeat! Cant wait to come back! also, the house is immaculately clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook at home. we walked to smugglers cove and its just a 5 min. drive to the west end marina. it was altogether an amazing vacation in an incredible home! thank you for having us!

Very special place, fantastically outfitted

Absolutely perfect way to relax in the BVI! Our family of 4 had the best time! Unbelievable views from every location on the property. House is very well equipped and the owners are not only responsive to questions they are truly interested that you have a great time. A real pleasure to get to know. We are already looking forward to a return trip.

Fantastic stay at the Treehouse at Steele Point

Nothing but good things to say about our stay, from initial communications to interactions with the staff on site to proximity to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We were two separate couples staying in the house -- plenty of group space, but bedrooms spaced for privacy. Furnished very nicely, and the open nature of the house was perfect -- great views and breeze from all sides. The pool was great, as we're the hammocks and lounges on the decks. The kitchen was well appointed and made it easy to cook while we were there.

Wonderful as always

Our 2nd stay at the Treehouse and it was again absolutely wonderful. The Hosts are so helpful and go beyond what is expected (secured a jump for dead car battery!). The staff who support the house are v kind and think of everything. Views are to die for and the location is perfect. Hope to stay there again next year! Thanks for sharing your home

A little piece of Paradise.

We absolutely loved the Treehouse. The pictures do not capture the beauty of this property! This house was absolutely perfect for two couples just enjoying a relaxing, and peaceful vacation. We spent most days around the pool and enjoying the stunning view. We enjoyed a private chef the first night and I would highly recommend that service. Tortola was a ton of fun and we loved the BVI’s!

Beautiful property

This was our first time on Tortola and we are now spoiled! I’m not sure we could stay anywhere else. There are 360 deg views. Inside was beautiful too although the outdoor bathroom took some getting used to! Ashley was very attentive and if we didn’t have something, he would have it to us quickly. It is a short 5 min drive from the West End ferry terminal and about 30 min from Road Town.

Magical Experience

This property is aptly named Tree House with it near 365 degree views. You truly feel on top of the world. The property was well appointed and Irene and Astley took great care of us. It might not be a good fit for those that do not do well with stairs or an outdoor shower and toilet, but for all others, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

My husband and I appreciated the architecture of The Treehouse. The location was remote which worked well for us. Charmaine, Ashley and Justin were available for any needs. I was disappointed about the snorkeling at the property.. It would be nice if the dock had a ladder attached for easier water entry. Sunsets were Fantastic!

Unbelievable property

The setting for this property absolutely cannot be beat. It’s set in a private, gated compound with 3 other homes so it’s secure and private. The views are incredible. The marina and ferry dock at the west end of Tortola was less than a 5 minute drive so it was very convenient. The beaches on the north shore were also just a few minutes away. Staff for the property were available but not in the way. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend this house 10 out of 10.

BEST - LOCATION, VIEWS & OWNERS!

We have been vacationing in the BVI for over 30 years and this house and it’s owners & caretakers are the best in BVI! The house was immaculate, well appointed kitchen, cold air-conditioner in both bedrooms, a pool that was clean and may have the best view in all the islands! You are surrounded by water with a 360 view of at least 10+ islands. Caretakers carefully cleaned while we were there and checked with us regularly to make sure we have everything we needed. We rented a boat and kept it in Sopers hole which is only a 5 minute drive. Also they have a grocery store in Sopers hole which makes this house so convenient. We had 4 people (2 couples ) with ample room and views!

Incredible Place!

The Treehouse does not disappoint! The pictures can't do it justice! We had two couples. There was plenty of room everywhere. There are decks on the house we didn't even get a chance to use during our week there! The house itself is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The service from both the owner and service/maintenance team is excellent. The drive from West End to the house is a little rustic, but also part of the beauty of isolation on the peninsula. The drive to Smuggler's Cove is similarly rustic, but less that 10 minutes and great because it's beautiful and not packed. I could never say enough great things about this place!

A week in Paradise

Just back from a fantastic week at the Treehouse Villa in Tortola; a much needed and amazing rest for the soul. The location on Steele Point provided spectacular views of water on two sides of the property and constant, cooling breezes. While the gardens and paths are still recovering from the storms of 2017, they are lovingly tended and provide a restful and lush environment for reading, swimming, napping, or whatever suits your mood; including ripe papayas you can pick from the decks. The Villa has been painstakingly renovated and is simply and beautifully appointed. We were so comfortable and relaxed we chose to stay in every night and cook in the well planned and open family style kitchen. Eating on the upper deck in the evening breeze was perfect. The staff, Astley and Charmaine, were friendly, helpful, and made sure that anything we needed was instantly available. I can't imagine a more perfect or spectacular place to get away and relax in a tropical paradise. The size and layout are perfect for two couples or a small family; the location and setting encourage and foster restful rejuvenation. We are already planning our return; likely very soon.

Magical

My husband and I have stayed at The Tree House three times now, each time more magical than the last. We have enjoyed the fantastic views of all the surrounding islands while we sip our drinks by the pool. The fact that the house is situated on the highest point of the Steele Point Peninsula there is always a welcome breeze on a hot day. We never even used the AC. With any luck we will return to this magical house soon.

Beautiful as ever!

Amazing villa with the most amazing views. Even though parts of the island are still rebuilding you would not feel impacted at the Treehouse. Super fast wifi -( I had to do some work) Staff gracious and considerate. You cannot go wrong renting the Treehouse. We will be back! Arlene

Amazing views, very private

My wife and I stayed here for a 10th anniversary trip. It really is as beautiful as the pictures. There are spectacular views in three directions - it makes you feel like your on a boat with water all around. We did try out the snorkeling off the dock which was pretty good but there were current and waves so I would only recommend for advanced swimmers / snorkelers. Smugglers cove is a short drive away which is beatiful as well. We have stayed on other parts of the island previously and liked this location better than others. I wouldn't reccomend for multiple couples as the only bathroom on the second floor doesn't offer much privacy. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would love to come again.

Beautiful property

This place exceeded our expectations. Just a gorgeous property overlooking the water. The home is comfortable as there is a constant breeze running through open doors and windows. The view from the pool is simply spectacular. I brought a fishing rod along with some tackle and caught all sorts of fish from the dock just down the path from the house. The snorkeling is great from this dock. Saw tarpon, sharks, and a host of reef fish. Michelle who oversees the property was always available to answer a question or help with planning a meal or activity. This place truly was paradise for us. Highly recommend.

One of the owners, Justin is a builder/designer, who manages the Steele Point estate since graduating from Cornell University Hotel School in 2001. Christine Wilson, Justin's sister, enjoys staying at the Treehouse as often as possible.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Treehouse did not exist when Justin, his sister Christine and Mom Irina bought the peninsular estate in 2000. Upon graduating from college and moving to Tortola, Justin wanted to build a home which would incorporate the feeling of the West Indies and exude the warmth of the wonderful community which is Tortola. Over many years he built a beautiful villa which was recently completed and is now being shared with those who love the BVI.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location is spectacular - private but always interesting as there are many magnificent yachts which ply the waters directly in front of the Treehouse. One can sit on the deck and never be bored. The water beneath is so clear you can see turtles and porpoises. Beautiful doves and hummingbirds are always nearby and the pelicans are very entertaining with their antics.
The very best part is the scenery. It is so beautiful it is magical.
