With approximately 120 square meters of living space, the whole family can feel right at home thanks to the spacious layout, the fully equipped amenities, and the sunny west-facing location with views of the Mecklenburg countryside.

Amenities

The two-story vacation home is modern and family-friendly, accommodating 6 guests plus 1 toddler:
On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a small library, flat-screen TV, and DVD player—tastefully and elegantly furnished—the dining area with a high chair, and the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, and range hood, stainless steel sink, cutlery [&] cutlery, and a dishwasher, etc.) in an attractive design.
The additional shower room with a washing machine, the bedroom with a double bed (160x200m) right next to the living area, the utility room, and the large south-facing terrace (with patio furniture and a parasol) round out the well-maintained appearance of this home.

On the first floor are two additional bedrooms (one bedroom with two single beds and a TV, and one bedroom with a double bed), fully and tastefully furnished, as well as the bright, airy shower room with a toilet and two sinks.
A highlight is the balcony, which is accessible directly from the larger bedroom on the upper floor.

Special Features

This non-smoking vacation home is spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortably furnished. There is also a beautiful beach chair on the property. Enjoy the magnificent view of the open countryside.
A portable travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are also available free of charge for our youngest guests.

Bicycles

There is a storage shed next to the house (under the balcony). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You’re also welcome to use the handcart provided there free of charge during your stay.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about the bicycles [&] Handcart

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs for any upcoming repairs or costs associated with renting replacement equipment if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to 4 guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 through August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to the tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
